I love arbys! Eat there alot. Unfortunately this Arby's is poorly run. I've tried a few times to go but each time I get stuck in line....both inside and the drivethru...drive thru.... for so long I just leave. This time I waited over 20 minutes after I reached the drive thru box before pulling out of line. I only moved one car length in those 20 minutes. I don't think it is the staff shortage either since when you do go inside there are employees leaning on the counters literally ignoring customers. Just poor management. That seems to be a trend with the company who runs these stores in this are. Skip this one!
The chicken sandwich was fantastic! Cooked fresh and hot. The woman at the window was friendly... although she did forget our cookie order.Plus it was much more affordable than the food prices at our waterpark resort.
There were only 2 women working...they made a mistake with our order but they handled it really nicely.
25 minutes to get cold, bottom of the bin mix of curly and crinkle fries (we ordered only crinkle cut), barely cut, sloppy thrown together sandwiches and a barely blended shake. Spend your money elsewhere.
We have a great. Roast. Beef why is the with out cheese more money it should be 2 for 6 00 that I'm not happy with. Drive threw can't go in

The afternoon drive thru server is great. She's very upbeat and friendly. Dined in a few evenings ago and all of the staff presented a very positive experience. They work very well together. Spotless dining area and restrooms. Crinkle fries are awesome. Who doesn't love those poppers.

Horrible food! Will never go here again! Waited forever just to get ripped off on food and bread for market not so fresh sandwich was stale and hard! Disgusting!
