Delicious Dinner (8oz steak, fish, artichoke appetizer) Great fast cook he rocks ( even though we overheard someone didnt show up for their shift in the kitchen) Best smoothie ever! Inexperienced staff, most of who tried very hard. Hugo was our server, he was very polite! I am particular about my order and he got it perfect! Thank you for a relaxing meal.Booth needs repair/ replacement looked tacky. It must be challenging to be enthusiastic if mngr/ owner doesn't care enough to make repairs, staff and train better
The place was a mess. The servers were not knowledgeable about the menu. It took 30 minutes for them to come and get our drink orders. Then it took another 20 minutes for us to get our food. When we received our food, they brung out half the order so only half of our party was eating then it took another 15 minutes for the other half of our party to get their food. When they received their food it was cold. We spoke with the manager and he seems to not know what to do or how to fix our problem. This was the worse service we ever experienced.
They don’t Double/Triple check the order for accuracy. Order I placed the wings we’re Supposed to be Buffalo. But I received BBQ. Then I also ordered a extra side of frys, but I only had one container of frys. Burger should’ve included frys but there wasn’t any in there. When I called the store, I spoke with the manager. She said all she can do is remake the wings. But I’d have to come get it. I couldn’t do that because I can’t get my semi there. That’s why I order Uber eats. Because they can bring me food when I’m unable to get to the restaurant(s). I was able to get a refund on those two items, from Uber Eats. But due to this I will never be ordering from Applebee’s again. If she wasn’t so rude, maybe I wouldn’t have come to this conclusion. But me and 30-40 others are in the dells 5 days a week, every week. In conclusion you lost at least one future customer, and no doubt many more will follow. I don’t like doing this, but she has lost my respect for this location, forever.
I was at this bar with my bf. It was an amazing experience , the lady was so kind with exceptional CS! The food was delicious and the drinks were awesome… I was scared because of the bad reviews but was really surprised to have such a great time over there. Definitely recommend!
Lights were off so hard to find. Had to wait to get seated at 8:30pm. Restaurant had trash and crumbs all over the carpet. They were out of Taco meat for nachos so went with the chicken instead. Our server Jesus was kind and did a great job. Food tasted good. Has potential if a few issues could be addressed.
This was the worst Applebee’s I have ever had. I wish I could give them no stars. First I had a bug in my drink the waiter said it’s the purée they use. I told her I’ve never seen a purée with wings. Then the waiter asked me what did my meal come with. I thought she worked there not me. They didn’t get my sides right I asked for loaded mashed potatoes and broccoli I got loaded mashed potatoes and regular mashed potatoes. When I asked for broccoli she went to the back and said they were out.
The food was pretty good, tried one of the new drinks out for valentine's day and it was delicious. Only problem we had was the restaurant was dead but we still had a hard time finding our server. We got boxes for our food and waited over 20 mins for our check. We had to get up and walk around to find our server. They were all talking in the server area. She had forgotten about us when we were her only table.
If I could give negative 0 starts I would! WORSE APPLEBEES EVER!! I placed an order tonight that was suppose to be ready for pick up at 7:50pm. I didn’t got my order until 8:25pm the host disappears and avoids eye contact, other servers tried helping and said a “manager” was coming. The “manager” never even apologized for the delay simply said they are begging your order, at that point I heard that about 2x before ad I asked for a refund 3 different times. Everyone I dealt ignored when I asked for a refund and again no apologies. This store could use a serious customer service class!
Worst service ever!!! Wish I had read the reviews. The over emotional waiter threatened to quit because I sent my food back. They ran out of cheese for my fiesta lime chicken and served it to me without it, so yes I sent it back. The waiter claim he felt miss treated because of this and refused to continue to wait our table. So the replacement and the manager were rude to us the rest of our time there and then tried to over charge us. Needless to say after being there over three hours (the service was slow) we left hungry
I eat at Applebee's all the time. I never had bad service until now. At this point I would never recommend Applebee's to anyone. I worked as a chef for fifteen years. The waitress ignored us. Ilena didn't ask if we want refills on are sodas or to see if we needed anything.ther is much more I could say however, Applebee's just lost a regular customer.
