Went there today, 7/24. The cinnamon twists were awful. Tasted like they were leftover and out from the prior day. I'm not sure what was with the chicken quesadilla. The sauce was not normal, it was some white greenish stuff. Didn't eat it. What a waste of money. While the server was friendly, would not recommend. Money wasted.
This place has been royally disappointing the two times I’ve stopped there. Frequent issues with the systems. Employees just don’t seem to care. This place would be better off having been something else other than a Taco Bell. No one really seems to care about their job at this one.I went again to just check them out and see if I was too harsh. Absolutely not these guys are the worst Taco Bell I’ve been to within a 50 mile radius. They take forever and they don’t even get your order right. I will never return to this Taco Bell.
they were a little busy which is fine. But the girl taking orders in a very rude tone told me they were closed yet online it says they are open until 12 AM so if they really were starting to close up they need to update the hours online. And I would've been fine had she said it nicer but it was very snotty sounding. And it was only 9:45
Dont trust google hours, twice have i driven here before 10pm and they were closed. Culvers right next door with a line of 10 cars. Taco Bell sure doesnt mind losing business.
Closed at 5:40pm when they are supposed to be open. Assume management is terrible here and the location is understaffed. Workers should be paid a better wage to attract new employees. Sign also advertises breakfast which has never been available probably due to low wages.
My first trip to the Hwy 33- Washington St Taco Bell location. Good access and plenty of parking. I choose to use the drive thru. Signage is very clear with pictures of each product. I choose the #1 3 hard shell tacos and soda. The food was made fresh as I did have to wait a few minutes in driveway window. Only reason I'm giving 4 stars rather than 5. The taco meat on all 3 tacos was thin. Taco meat was done perfectly with the right amount of lettuce and cheese. It's nice having a location on Northside of West Bend. Great place to go for a quick bite that isn't a hamburger joint.
This is what you get when you order a party pack of supreme tacos. I think this pretty much speaks for itself. I did the survey and submitted an email to corporate with no response. Will not be getting my business again
Foods good, your average Taco Bell. Didn’t skimp on the bean,cheese and rice burrito. The chips and cheese were good and so were the cinnamon twist! They gave me a free large cherry coke, don’t know why. Probably was a mix up, but i did door dash and it was with my stuff. I’d assume a mix up.
Funny how it says you open at 9 am. When I get to the drive thru at 11:40 am they are just setting up and can not take any orders. Expected better from you Taco Bell.
I understand they were having issues taking money but the gentleman taking drive through orders should slow down and listen to his customers and ask if what size we wanted our order wasn't right we had to come back through and talk to the manager and he didn't say much to us either the young man that took our order started gossiping about us while the drove threw window was still open we could him and what his CO workers were saying I'm not impressed unprofessional and when we got what we ordered some of our order was still cold. We will never come back to this location
