I hate spending so much on coffee but I need decaf and until McDonald's, Dunkin and others start offering I will splurge occasionally. Love the white mocha Decaf late. Worth ordering ahead at busy time of day. 4 stars dt cost
I came in two days ago to redeem stars. The workers there were so nice, it really shocked me how considerate they were. They were in the middle of donating food, and gave me a free sandwich for the road. They also were having problems with their whipped cream canister, but they tackled this problems and appoligized. Surprisingly that mess up made such a fantastic drink better than ANY frappuccino I have ever had.. I was speechless. They did amazing!
I went through the drive thru with a $11 order, a coffee and a danish. Thinking my gift card would work.. it did not. Beginning to get frustrated. The nice man(cashier) took care of my order!!
Zoe and Brandon are some of the nicest people I have met when taking my daily Starbucks trips. They always put a smile on my face and brighten my day. Some of the best workers I have seen anywhere in West Bend. Great customer service from the two of them.
I will always ♥️ my Starbucks peppermint mocha lattes, it's Christmas in a cup! 4 stars given cause store on my side of WB is consistently closed! I feel this causes super long lines at other location.Maybe symptoms of staff shortages?
Regards to red cup day today in west bend at opening. Employees should know the rules, read before an event. The emails starbucks are sending out states what holiday drinks are allowed, states as many holiday listed drinks as you buy is as many red cups you recieve. Also all social media, news outlets state which drinks are allowed, all holiday with a list, as many as you buy that's how many red cups you recieve. Starbucks even has commented on many starbucks post even the west bend area post on Facebook yesterday regarding this event, these rules. Regular hot chocolate is a holiday drink, is listed. Ordered 3 holiday listed drinks 2 coffee ones, 1 hot chocolate (they were cold, all watered down very dissapointed), she gives me 1 event red cup, I politely tell her I ordered 3 drinks, she states no it's 1 cup allowed only sorry, I explained what the email states, she became frustrated, hands me 1 more red cup, I then say again politely it's 3 she says hot chocolate is not allowed sorry, I said yes it is I can show you the email, please go read your rules, what's allowed, ask manager they should have that info also on hand, she then gets irratated, says it's only peppermint hot chocolate then, I said same thing again, saying hold on I will show her, why doesnt she have the list in front of her or trained on this before hand, she literally waits, was not going to give it to me, then gives me the 3rd red cup, I explain politely I'm following rules I can pull it up, show you. I felt like she was very irratated, thought I was lieing, she also does not know the rules of the event, from the start only giving 1 cup that is for 1 purchase. We purchase more cups to recieve more of the event red cups as the rules state that is allowed. I followed the rules of this event. This location lately is terrible the bakery, coffees are bad lately for weeks now, I will now start going across town. Thanks for a bad start to my morning. Please train your employees better or make sure they understand the event.

Smaller Starbucks, great to grab and go but can be a bit crowded
It's Starbucks. If you're coming here to buy overpriced coffee to enjoy then just enjoy it and smile haha. Me and myself I love Starbucks
