One of my greatest frustrations in life is my list of favorite foods. Most of them are complicated, and require a certain touch to prepare properly. Otherwise they can be downright awful. Riverside has the distinction of being the only place within the state, that makes two of those items worthy of a 5 star rating.Jambalaya, and Calamari...You can't go wrong with any appetizer there (The Bruschetta is also the best I've had), but the Calamari is heavenly, literally melts in your mouth. Nice change from the breaded rubber bands most places serve. And the Jambalaya would pass muster in the French Quarter. If Jambalaya isn't your thing, try anything else!If you're of age, check out the drink menu, I don't drink much, but that menu is inventive and ever changing, good craft beers too!

So sad. Just ate the worst Mother's Day meal ever here. I should have stayed home and cooked. The service was fine. The chicken dish I ordered was dry and bland. I've never tasted totally flavorless bruschetta before now. Not eating here again.

Sat at bar high top. Asked for water to start. When I had to walk up to bar to get a water refill I knew it could be a poor experience. I was right. Burger & fries, easy basic meal. I had to go to bar to ask for mustard, I was never asked if I needed anything when food was dropped. French fries were cold, new order was put in before I bit into burger. Fries were brought out when I was done eating. 50% was taken off but I’d rather pay full price and get a good meal & service. I still tipped the server and never really complained. First time eating here, doubt I’ll return.

We had an amazing time. The fish fry was flaky and delicious. I ordered the potato pancakes and they had just the right crisp with the middle nice and creamy. We also ordered a large bowl of clam chowder which we shared. It too was amazing with lots of delicious clams. Don't forget to try the beer and specialty drinks. Well worth the trip ?

Amazing restaurant. Great food, friendly staff and lots of tasty beer options that are always changing and made in house. I've come here several times and never been disappointed. We even had our rehearsal dinner here for our wedding and they were speedy and accommodating.

Our server was amazing tonight! We had a table of 8 downstairs and she made sure we were taken care of and out the door to make our show. The bartender was super friendly! Everyone seemed happy with the food. Definitely will be back.

Arrived about 5:45 on a Saturday. Had a 45 minute wait but was worth it. Had a few drinks while waiting. Good to see how busy they were even with how cold it was. Everyone was very friendly. By the time we were seated we had beer battered mushrooms and cheese curds to start. Outstanding. Next came the prime rib. Beautiful cut. Cooked perfectly. Great meal and well worth the wait.

Nice selection of brews. Food was good. I think it has a bit of an identity crisis. Wants to be fine dining, but just hasn't quite got there yet. Go there because you want to go to a brew pub and you will be fine. Go there for a nice meal or special occasion and you might be disappointed.

Very disappointed in the food at Riverside Brewery Saturday night. Everything is usually so good, but not tonight. Had the Tour of Riverside. The shrimp was the only good thing, but everything else, not so much! French onion soup was good as usual, but overly peppery tasting. All the food was served lukewarm. Prime rib very blah tasting tonight. Ribs were awful, not fall off the bone at all. Just disappointed!

I'm giving this establishment a 4 because their beer was delicious. I had gotten the 90s dance moves and was taken aback after my first sip, there was a hint of something I've never had in a beer... but it was pretty rad. The food was mediocre, nothing to write home about, service however was wonderful. I would definitely go back to have another glass of beer!
