Nice quick and clean service. They make Door dash easy to pick up.
Food was good as usual, store needs to stay on top of repairs. All the booth seats are badly worn and where we sat the drywall had been gouged out by some vandal. This does not affect the food, just the overall dine in experience.
really a nice qdoba. alot more seating then I thought. the food is so good and fresh. will definitely go back again soon.
Omgosh this place is a must their chicken and steak burrito is huge and worth the price I can get two meals out of itDefinitely recommend
Awful service. I’m sorry you hate your job. Please get a new one if you cannot do this correctly. The employees did not communicate with one another as I was nearly overcharged for my meal. Good food though.
Would have been 5 stars. Food was great, but I placed an order online and arrived when it said the order would be ready, I then waited and watched the people who came in behind me and stood in line get their food before me. Had I known I would have waited so long to get my order I would have just waited in line and I would have gotten my food sooner.
Became very sick after eating a beef burrito here. Used to be a fantastic place to eat but the quality has gone entirely downhill. Will never be eating here again
I had ordered a quesadilla, which turned out fine… The younger girl working today around 3:30 with brunette/black hair had a very bad attitude. I felt like everything i asked for was a inconvenience for her. I told her I would wait patiently for the chicken to be done. I had let the couple behind me order and when the couple asked for chicken the worker rolled her eyes. I felt very uncomfortable. I was scared to ask for anything else. She had acted like she didn’t want to be working/ be there. The other workers there were nice and patient with myself and others.

Normally I love the food at Qdoba in west bend however I am going a low rating because I ordered a meal on door dash and the order was cancelled for unexpected reasons with the label on my order saying that a refund was issued. I have received no refund and my review will stand untill the refund is recieved.
