They are way more staffed! The last year they always told me they don’t have enough workers and that’s why the food takes so long but for the past few weeks they seem to be way better staffed. Pizzas are always on time and the staff seem to be friendlier. They definitely are under new management and are doing a lot better!
Under new management and the service and quality of food is way better. We got our pizza on time and was pleasantly surprised to see some old faces back at Pizza Hut. The place really seems to be running smoother and more professional. Will definitely start coming back here again!
My pizzas were ordered several hours in advance and were 10-15 minutes late when I picked them up. Being on time would be huge to me. Most times I have extra time to wait, but I was trying to get home as we had people coming over. The food was excellent though!
The lady at the register Angela was very nice. Told me my order would be ready soon bc I was early. Then The other lady manager gave me my food and told e to have a great night. Alfredo was nice and hot and is my favorite!
Give me what I paid. I paid for extra cheese! There was barely any in spots on my pizza and overall I do not believe any extra was added. Skimpy toppings is the norm it seems with this Pizza Hut. I will NOT be back.
Placed an online order for contactless pickup to my vehicle. Order was to be ready at 5:55 P.M. I arrived at 6 P.M and followed the instructions given to me via Email. I checked in, at 6:25 I went into the store to collect my order.
Good food. Del driver followed special instructions to not knock and wake our new baby up.Those cinnamon rolls are lit.
I ordered a Large Pepperoni pizza hand tossed. The pizza did not have any sauce and it was like eating cardboard. My family tossed the pizza into the trash with only two pieces eaten. The boneless wings were cold and had no flavor. It would be great if the location would take more pride in what they serve.
The wait for my pizza was just shy of two hours I understand staffing issues, but when my order arrived it was all cold like it bad been sitting there waiting to be delivered all that time. Driver was very friendly no complaints on him at all.
I was very impressed with the delivery guy. Upon arriving at my home, he called me from his car cuz he was unsure what my instructions were. They had been cut off by your website. I was glad he cared enough to call. Most delivery drivers just drop it off and go.
