I was eating the orange chicken when suddenly I straight up but into a piece of wood and stabbed my mouth. When I called the west bend location to ask what it could’ve been/ to warn them, they hung up on me. Honestly, this location has always been bad, I don’t know why I keep going there. The chicken was also very fatty. lol
Alex is the nicest guy. He handled the worst Karen and remained professional and courteous despite the pressure she gave him. He deserves a raise after that!!

Stay away from the walnut shrimp . Maybe they got a bad batch or something. My wife said it tasted great but an hour later unfortunately she is vomiting and mild diarrhea.

Literally they worst experience ever that I have to deal with. First off how you can be out of white rice only three hours of being open and then rush me on my order when I was asking my passenger what he wanted and then drive thru lady went about and told me my total when my passenger didn’t even get to order food and then when I got my food it completely cold and literally was like biting into rubber

I ordered tonight from the West Bend store which we order from quite often. Tonight I have to say the food was made to perfection. I had orange chicken and teriyaki chicken and it was the best yet. Great service also.
Food is fire ? and the staff polite! I will return
