The pepperoni on the pepperoni magnifico is THE best. Very crispy! With the online coupon it's a very reasonable price. Can't say the same about the wings as they were just average. Also have not tried all the types of pizzas. The staff is very young and seemed to be under trained. Have heard people having problems with phone orders.
Excellent pizza and the young man(employee) Damian, helped above and beyond. Studious and friendly! Best of the best for pizza. This Google guide gives it 5 stars!!
I love Marcos! Of all the pizza chains, I feel the quality is by far the best. The pizza is always hot with a good amount of toppings. The subs are REALLY good too!!
Good pizza at a nice price. My go-to when I do takeout pizza. Staff is friendly too.
Need more meat on the pizzas. Otherwise the brear and the sauce are fantastic. The thin crust was amazing.
01/01/22 Ordered Large pizza thin crust after about 90 minutes pizza arrived, Large hand Tossed pizza not what I ordered immediately called & explained that I received the wrong pizza the young lady I spoke to after about 5 minutes they was going to deliver the right pizzaNever arrived I'll never order anything from Marco's again.. very very disappointed.
We just received a delivery two hours old, with wrong toppings on one of the pizzas, and one dipping sauce we were charged for missing. When I called the West Bend, WI store we ordered from, the manager, "Lee" offered a credit I could only use if I call in my next order, acted like this was not his problem, said the driver made "a dozen other deliveries" at the same time, and hung up by saying "Ta ta." Could you hire someone less professional? The order of two pizzas and one cheesy bread was driven around for almost two hours and delivered cold. Please note, we live less than a mile from the store. I asked for no mushrooms, the pizza was cold and covered in mushrooms. So it takes two hours to exclude one topping on one pizza? The manager said it only took ten minutes to make the pizzas, so since it took two hours to receive them, they must have sat in a car on a cold, snowy day for over 90 minutes. I have never had problems with this store before, but this is horrible management, horrible customer service, and Lee needs to be fired for being a condescending jackass.
1/01/2022 Ordered pizza via phone spoke to Ken placed my order about 90mins to 2hrs later my pizza arrived with the right Received But the wrong pizza I immediately called spoke to some young lady explained my situation after about 15 minutes she said they was going to deliver the pizza I ordered because I Couldn't eat the one they delivered the 1st time Ended up in garbage Called a 2nd time after 2hrs never received my pizza Very very disappointed It's gonna be a long time before I order from Marcos again And I spend a lot of money at marco's in the past.
I called in a delivery since I’m 7.3 miles away and when I liked in Kewaskum I was 8miles. The lady who answered said they deliver to my address and the wait time was only 30 minutes. 20 minutes later got a call saying that they don’t deliver to me Bc she wrote in the wrong address. I was told they wouldn’t take it to me Bc they wanted to go home so I had to drive there. When I got there they said they would refund my deliver charge. Checked my bank statements and they did not do that. Also when I checked my order I had cheese sticks instead of breadsticks. I asked when I ordered on the phone if they had normal breadsticks so I guess that girl must not have known what she was doing or wasn’t familiar with the menu. Otherwise I wouldn’t of gotten cheese sticks. Two stars Bc it was hot and fast.
It's been 3 hours since placing my order that was supposed to arrive in an hour. No phone call, no email, can't call the store for whatever reason. So much for coming back.
