Great service, delicious asparagus & sugar snap peas. Unfortunately, our steak was extremely dry (we mentioned it to our server), the salads were a bit disappointing & our crab cakes were burned. I wanted to LOVE this place because it's family owned, the asthetic is welcoming & we had really great service.

Very average steaks; taste and texture indicated the steaks were frozen not fresh. Crab cakes right out of freezer; minimal crab. salads average. Great ambiance and waitstaff vey good. Think our expectations were too high as we were expecting a high end product; very average

This was the first time eating here. I was recommended by a friend. I was looking forward to a great evening for my daughter's birthday. I will never be returning..the bill was almost 400 before tip. We waited at least an hour for salads. The waitress was fairly new as the chef blamed her for everything when I asked to speak to the manager. He doesnt take any criticism very well and tried pushing me out of the restaurant. The steaks were mediocre at best..not made the way we ordered them..and the waitress forgot to add a steak on the ticket. So my son had to wait to get his steak as we were done eating. The crab legs were 80.00 and u literally get 2 legs. I don't think this restaurant will be in business very long.

When I called to make our reservation, I told the owner it was my son's 10th birthday and he wanted crab legs, so that's why we were choosing this restaurant we have never been to before (party of 6). We get to the restaurant at 1800. Wait for the hostess for 6 minutes to appear and be seated. Our table is in the back room and it is packed. Consider moving to the front but only small tables up there. Hannah was our waitress and was busting her butt. We put our 2-tier birthday cake on the table which clearly reads "Happy 10th Birthday Sterling." There were only 2 waitresses and they were understaffed. Hannah had to act as the bartender as well. Our food order was taken at 1820. We have 3 small kids with us who are starting to ask where the food was at 1900. Hannah overhears and apologizes for the wait. Food comes out at 1930. Crab legs were delicious but my wedge salad had blue cheese dressing and not the ranch I ordered. Fast forward-all steaks were great and prepared as ordered (e.g. medium rare) as well as the crab legs (we each had 4 legs) and rest of salads were good. Dropped almost $500 and 20% tip for Hannah. Overall summary: The wait time from being seated to food ordered to food presented to our table-way too long. Hannah was attentive but seemed rushed and was forgetting things like getting my new wedge salad (had to ask twice for salad to be returned with new salad) with the correct dressing. It would have made our night for staff to at least acknoweledge my son's birthday (he chose your restaurant) but not a word was said. Summary: We will not return because of understaffing and long wait times on food. For the $$ customers drop here, you need to make sure every customer feels special and does not wait lengthy amounts of time for food. Add a bartender as well, to allow the waitresses to focus solely on ordering and bringing food.

First time here and it will be my LAST. Horrible OVER PRICED mediocre food and very UNPROFESSIONAL staff. Blonde waitress tried to attack me and was acting like a lunatic. The chef was extremely disrespectful and blamed staff for his incompetence. Waited a whole hour for salads. DO NOT EAT HERE!!

It was our 52nd anniversary. Their back room was too crowded so we relocated up front. Our main course was delicious. ( pork chopps and steak with a side of asparagus)The dessert ice cream was old frozen grocery store stuff with warm cookies from storebought dough. Not worth 9$. We've eaten here before but this time was not so special.

Small but beautiful space with cozy, romantic atmosphere. Perfect for a date night or couples night out. Six of us went for a New Years Eve dinner and were impressed by how only two staff members were able to handle pretty much everything. (Special shout out to our girl Hanna who took care of us and made an excellent dirty martini!) The Clam Chowder had a hint of spice after each bite, which I enjoyed but my husband wasn't sure about. The Alaskan Red King Crab Legs (1 lb) came out to be about 2 legs, and were a tad overcooked, which was disappointing at $80/plate. While the steaks were all good, the Bernais sauce had too much lemon. The consistency was not thick and creamy. Everything else we had was very delicious however, and we would definitely go back. The Grilled Asparagus and Mashed Potatoes (skins on) were very good as sides, and the Seabass was flavorful and flaky.

For my first experience here, my honest opinion is... I'd never go back. Every steak on the table was cooked incorrectly. My lobster mac had zero pieces of lobster! What ever the seasoning is they used for mac... they either accidentally dumped the whole bottle in, or the chef is lacking taste buds. The other meals ordered were flawless, but with dropping just shy of $500 including tip, everything should be... I fully understand the employee crisis our economy has put us in, but certainly they could pay a little extra and find someone (hostess took our order) who can complete a sentence and write down an order correctly. The only thing that was 100% flawless about our experience was how wonderful our waitress was. She was slammed, no help, smile on her face, and doing above and beyond. If you were to lose her, you may as well close the doors. If you're going to have 5 star pricing you may want to have 5 star service. If it wasn't for your waitress you'd be 2

I am still waiting for my bread and water.Steaks were great as well as sides and salad. I felt as if my table was an outcast table of 3 and were not wanted. Perhaps a second visit is needed but at $65 for a basic meal, I will wait a while to try here again.

Went on Monday night for my birthday dinner…BEST STEAK I’VE EVER eaten. Easily. It was amazing. Can’t wait to go back!
