What’s the point of ordering online? I get there, dining room is closed. I call the store and am told there is no extra crispy (like I ordered) and I have to wait in the drive through behind 7 cars. I said I will take regular and I am in the long line and they hung up. This place has sucked for many years - should have not tried again because they are worse now than ever.
This place is ridiculously ran down and management is an embarrassment as well as their performance and buisness is disappointing. I wonder how they are still in buisness to be honest. KFC has always known to have great food until the last couple of years I noticed the buisness has greatly diminished. It's a shame really. 9 times out of 10 they don't have what you order and the wait is horrible. The dining is yet closed when most fast food chains has re-opened. I'm mean C'mon that's ridiculous to only be open 6 hrs of the day. It's not the food its the people running it into the ground. What a shame and embarrassment to the community and the reputation of KFC they have destroyed. They don't even deserve the one star I had to select to write this I feel.
“Out” of most everything at 5:30pm… I feel there was a slight desire to not have to work. If you are out of chicken at 5:30 just close.Food was average for a KFC
I use to never have issues here, always had excellent food, polite customer service here but lately as in last 3 months it is horrible. Pay way to much, order way to much to be dissapointed, waistful due to the taste, temperature, texture. Staff is rude no masks, no gloves, long fake nails, long hair not tied up, have found hair all over my bags, inside, attached to food boxes, soda even. Did you know that you can't add on at the window?! Even if there are no cars are behind you wow it's about the customer, making profits for your store learn how to add items on to the order every other fast food place knows how in town. Chicken tenders, biscuits are always hard as a rock, cold like they are yesterdays, always missing a few tenders in every order. Fries cold or overdone, Chicken pieces, combos are always cold, mashed potatoes, famous bowls taste stale, metallic like, chicken pieces are a size of an eraser really?! Yes I keep going back because we don't have another kfc or even a popeyes here, I think it will be better, I have tried going at different times but still the same dissapointment, rude employees that are unhappy, unproffessional, bad cold old food. If you don't like what you do go find a job you will like otherwise do your job with great customer service, prepare the food how you want to eat it. Fresh food, a smile brings customers back. Do better. I'm done giving them chances I will travel for chicken from now on. We can have 20 kwik trips, banks but can't have a good variety of food chains or even 2 food chains like mcds, taco bell here.
Went there tonight and got an 8 piece basket with 2 sides and biscuits as well as a 4 piece tender combo and our tender combo was not given as well as soggy chicken. I get staffing is low right now but how do you forget an entire half of a paid order with only 3 cars in line?
I ordered a beyond combo online, and arrived about 5 minutes before it was said to be ready. There was no one in line and my food was ready early! Everything was warm, but the fries were a bit soggy. Very fast and friendly.
Worst store ever went hours before they closed wanted a 8 peace extra crispy was told they didn't have any so I asked how long tell some was ready and was told they were not making any very very very rude customer service got yelled at for trying to order food for my family
Sadly, dining area was locked as a bunch of cars sat in parking lot to wait for orders. They were very short handed so long wait on an order that was pre-ordered
Hands down the slowest service I’ve ever had. You can go to a sit down restaurant, order, and wait for your food. And it’ll be faster then kfc drive thru.
The food was great, same with the atmosphere. The customers and staff are all so friendly.
