First and last time ordering food from Jumbo’s most disgusting burger I ever had in my life!! ???? y’all should shut this place down!! 
My husband & I have been going to Jumbo's Frozen Custard since they opened. We have always been so thrilled with the service and the food. When we went last Wednesday, we experienced something we never have before, one of the owners was not friendly. In fact, he hardly spoke 5 words to us. This has not been the 'norm' in any of our prior visits. The food was okay, but it will be a while before we choose to visit again. Sadly disappointed.
I've come to Jumbo's since it opened, up until a about a year ago I would have given a 5 star review. But the last year or so every time I go something has gone wrong or changed. Such as owner having attitude with me when I made an order to go and asked for the senior discount. They always gave 10% discount for seniors, but now I had him say," Really?? What do you people want!! " on another time got hamburgers they weren't cooked thoroughly and onion rings were burnt. Salads that I used get always now are mostly lettuce. It's sad cause we used to enjoy coming here, but not anymore.
Stopped by for the flavor of the day in a waffle cone.....was runny and dripping everywhere. Kid looks at me and asks if I want a dish. Well not really ? I wanted a cone, but I guess I'll take one because it's more like soup! I should've went to Culver's.
I went to Jumbos in West Bend to get a irthday Ice Cream Cone. I ordered the special of the day. Baileys Irish Cream. I received my cone and it was chocolate ice cream with a hint of Baileys and brownie pieces that were not mentioned in the description. I did not like it, so I took it up to the counter and spoke to the male manager who was on 4-26-22 and explained that I didn't like the ice cream and I didn't know about the brownie pieces. He said so what do you want me to do about it, I said I don't know but I can't eat this . He then picked up a garbage can and told me to throw the cone in it. After I did he asked me again what was he supposed to do, I said I wanted an ice cream, I told him vanilla. I also said sorry, he looked at me and told me I was wasting his product. Never go to that place again. Poor customer service, poor management skills, all over a poor experience. Less than 1 star.
Food was hot and came out quickly. Taste was okay nothing special. Would probably not be going back.
Prompt service. Made fresh to order. Took a little longer than I thought but well worth the wait. Bacon cheeseburger was great, frozen custard was thick and creamy. Fries were not crispy, a little underdone. Overall a great lunch for my son and I. Was that little jumbo that brought the food out to us?? He was very friendly...
Went tonight at 8:45pm. Was greeted at the drive thru recording. After 2 mintues of no response I asked a worker that was in the back if they were open. She said no. Website states open to 9pm and no one told me that they were closed early (2 other workers were outside taking garbage out) saying nothing shows me the manager or owner is not caring. Took my business to McDonald's.
People were telling me about Jumbo's. I drove past almost everyday & that place was always busy! My ex & I took our 12yr old son there. Can I say amazing! We all got a cheeseburger they got fries I had onion rings. I can't say enough! Jumbo's you can't go wrong eating there whether it be dine-in or take-out! One of the best burgers I've eaten & the onion rings crunchy outside & delicious ? We weren't disappointed at all!
Kendall is the only fry cook that actually knows how to make onion rings. Everyone else they just taste gross ?
