WORST RESTAURANT EVER!!! Where is the ZERO star option? The only reason I've ordered from them at all is because of delivery but I'm done ever going here. Rudest staff I've ever dealt with. The bread used for my sub was burnt and rock hard. I called and they told me the bread was just made FRESH. Clearly it's old. When I asked for a new sub they told me there was NOTHING they could do for me and I'd have to file a complaint with corporate. I was told the general manager there would do nothing for me either.I've also filed a complaint with their corporate office before and the person there just ARGUED with me. VERY unprofessional! Did nothing for me whatsoever.The delivery fee is also $4 for my $5 sub and when I didn't leave an EXTRA tip the delivery driver knocked on my door until I answered DEMANDING I sign the receipt (I already paid for the order). He said I FORGOT to leave a tip. This has happened 3x when I put NO TIP on the order.

Fast service, tasty food. Cool atmosphere.
Always fresh ingredients, clean atmosphere, mployees seem to be hygienic ( clean ) fast good service , great personality n respectful employees :) my son Hanss favorite fresh bread sub bread always , his fave subs jimmy johns super fast n so yummy ty for doing excellent work n caring about your customers it shows !! Satisfactory always ;)!!!
I ordered my food at 630pm called for delivery when they told me 45 minutes waited til 745pm to call they told me that they called me which noone ever did and they said that they would be here in another 15 minutes than i asked for compensation off of my food they told me no and that were canceling the order!!! Never again!!!!

Jimmy John's isn't usually on my go to list. I may have to rethink that as I had #3 Tuna and it was very delicious. Tuna was fresh and same thing with the cucumbers and tomatoes. I also ordered the big pickle and I choose to have it cut in half. Looking for a good tuna sub I recommend Jimmy John's.
It seems like they're getting a little stingy on their meat not that I don't mind the bread sandwich but Christ put something between it and if you have to charge more
always good sandwiches. Tried the box lunch and was a nice meal. Place fairly clean. easy in and out.
I Have always ordered delivery back in the day, but I finally actually walked into the restaurant this time and it is really attractive. The menu may have grown and it was easier/faster to choose how you want your sub in the store rather than online or over the phone due to no hassels of miscommunication. Either way, foods great, and if you dine in, it is edgy, and entertaining while you wait for your order. The boothes were made for teenagers, too small for my taste. We felt really snug and tight, not just me, but my fiance too. They do have tables and chairs, but usually boothes are more comfy. So if you are bigger than 150 pounds, be aware!
