Had an amazing experience going in here. Everyone was so friendly it felt like home! One of the best sandwich’s I have ever eaten in my whole life!!! These staff are really making their sandwiches with love. They are so friendly and the food was great! Would definitely recommend to friends and I plan to go in more often!!!
Every employee is always super nice!! The food never disappoints. The managers here are doing something right for sure!
Here is some awesome news: Jersey Mikes offers Gluten-free bread and cookies!Ordered the regular size Veggie and Buffalo chicken subs. On the Veggie: I ordered extra green pepper and the staff cut a whole fresh pepper for me ?? with lots of cheese. I asked for a limited mayo and he made sure I was happy with everything before he wrapped up my sub. The Buffalo chicken sub was made on the grill. I do wish the lettuce had more of a fresh look. The bread on my sub was a bit on the hard side. The vanilla cream soda is great, I would make a stop in to give this a try :) I'll be returning again soon.
First order was not correct, nor were we contacted to ask if we would be okay with substituting for a different kind they just took it upon themselves to do it. Very disappointing, bad business, and poor customer service due to that instance. Decided to give another chance and everything was okay. Would like to have someone address the issue with our first order, will see if it happens. Not sure at this point if I would recommend. See if they rectify the situation. Then I will update my review.
I really like this place. first time here but not the first time i have had their food. the subs are really good. if you have it with Mike's sauce its vinegar and oil, really good. everyone is always very friendly also. great place
I was not very pleased with this location last night around 7 pm i came in with a friend to get food and as we were ordering we could hear one of your employees screaming at another employee. The employees at the front seemed to ignore the scene in the back like this was something normal the food was amazing but the whole environment felt hostile
This place is incredible. The food is first rate and the staff is fast and friendly. Tip: if it's your first time, don't try to outsmart the menu–get it "Mike's Way." You need the oil and vinegar experience on their cold subs. So good.
I didn't like my sub, the oil and oregano is all I could taste. The employees are great. The place looked clean.
If you’re in the mood for a sub skip every other place in town and come here. Definitely do not go to Jimmy John’s first this place will put them out of business. Place is clean and the food is good.
Wow! FRESHNESS and DELICIOUS by a group of rarely seen such RESPECTFUL, HELPFUL STAFF. Stopped in, New to West Bend..crazy busy and was treated like we were the only people in the store, as they explained our options.
