Love the hummus and roasted tomato toast. However the coffee cups leak. Last three times in a row I have had a leaking cup of coffee as the coffee ran out of the top edge of the cup as I held it or tried to drink it. I even asked them to check the cap last time. Still leaked. First time the cap actually popped off and spilled coffee everywhere, all over me and the car seat! Not a happy camper that time. Will not buy coffee here any more but will go back for the hummus toast.
I've always had a good experience from this Dunkin location. My coffee always tastes good and they are efficient at going through their line. The one time I bought a sandwich it came out hot and tasty.
Me and my mom came here for drinks and the girl taking our order had an attitude problem. My mom ordered a salted caramel coffee and they were out of salted caramel. Then I ordered a dragon fruit refresher and they were out of dragon fruit. Then we ordered hummus toast and the girl taking our order asked multiple times for us to repeat the order because she apparently kept forgetting. My mom wanted to buy a Tshirt and no one knew the prices of the tshirts, and it seemed like an inconvenience for the manager to try to find the price. Definitely not good customer service and will be taking our business elsewhere.
Not the first time I haven’t gotten things I’ve ordered or not gotten them correctly. You’re lucky if the cheese is melted on the grilled cheese, the hash browns are brown and greasy mush. Got half my order today missing one donut and one sandwich was opposite of what I ordered. But I figured this would happen, unfortunately it was my only choice.
If you use the mobile app prepare to be disappointed. Most of the time what you want isn't in stock. Nothing they can do either about a refund. They just try to make it up to you with something different. App doesnt give you any option to say something was wrong besides a useless survey that tells you someone will call you. Just go find Starbucks if you want to be disappointed. Three times in a month I've had a messed up order. Done with this place. Will not be back.
Yummy ice cream; however, there were only two customers (who were already served) in the restaurant besides us and only one worker who ignored us for a solid 15 minutes! Finally three other employees showed up and our order was finally taken. There wasn't a single donut to be seen. This definitely isn't the same restaurant from the good old days!
Was greeted by two people. Nice. Let me look around. Ask if I had questions. Smiles. Nice. I was waiting for someone and really didn't know what I wanted. So the gal suggested hot coco ohh that sounded good. Yes please then ask whip cream? oh that made my day?. It was pretty darn good. Service was really awesome.
This location is always great! I use the mobile order app and it is always quick. I have not had a bad experience and I frequent this location. Coffee is always hot and fresh and tastes great! Food is always hot as well. The staff is always friendly and very helpful.
Went to Dunkin donuts in West bend today, went inside this morning because they don't make my coffee right unless I go in. I had to wait over 20 minutes for 2 coffees. They were only focusing on the drive-thru that's not right and had three people working the drive thru. Customers inside we're standing around waiting and the lady never acknowledged anybody this is the worst Dunkin' donuts I have ever been to why can't they get it right. Remember we're paying for these coffees that are not free.....smh.
Very disappointed. At 9am. Picked up a donut and coffee. No glazed donuts, isn't that their signature? Just got a regular donut. Plain donut, no glaze, sugar nothing. Very dry. Couldn't even finish it. Coffee was good.
