Used to be better. The sliver of a tomato, thin piece of lettuce, and bits of onion were barely noticeable if not for the severe lack of ketchup and mustard. The cheese was present.
Love culvers just not this location. Seem to have a problem with my order almost every time I go there and nothing ever changes. Whether it’s a messed up burger(wrong toppings, over cooked, etc), sundaes with barely any toppings so over half your “sundae” is just plain ice cream, or taking FOREVER to get your food. You’re better off driving to the other side of town to get jumbos! Or if you really want culvers going to a different location.
This burger chain was new to me. The drive through goes like order at speaker, pay at window, then go park in designated spots. The hop brings the food. Frys are really good burger was easily a favorite. Fresh!
Food is always great, sometimes the wait may be a little longer than expected but always worth it
Those that know...just know. Culver's is always an upscale fast casual dining experience. The food is fresh and delicious. This location in particular is very fast and has friendly attentive staff.
My 2 scoop waffle cone was tiny and looked like barely 1 scoop. Also, it was supposed to be chocolate Caramel twist and it was twisted with custard that was definitely vanilla and not caramel. I will never go to West Bend Culver’s again after this experience.
Help them win the 3 piece shrimp contest. Great team and great shrimp. Go West Bend Culver’s!!
This location has gone downhill. The past few times we ordered here they have gotten our order wrong each time. They never give us our custard, we always have to ask for it. The custard has little to no pieces of cookie dough and I get told by employees it shouldn't be like that but it keeps happening. Our burgers usually are wrong, we will get singles when we asked for doubles.The most recent visit was the most upsetting though. Again, we didn't get our custard and told the employee we should have two dishes with 2 scoops of the flavor of the day. He comes back with one single dish, I then explain to him again what we ordered. He comes back with two single dishes and for a 3rd time I had to say what we ordered and eventually got what we asked for. We get home and of course, the food is wrong. We had bacon on both burgers, didn't order bacon. One burger had Swiss cheese, didn't order that. My burger had one single piece of onion on it when I asked for onions. Neither burger had any condiments on them when we asked for them. I didnt want to drive back to complain because the food would have been cold and we wouldn't have eaten together. It's upsetting this place has gone down hill, seems like that is the trend in West Bend.
This place honestly has the best customer service I’ve ever had at any restaurant. Yes, they have made mistakes on orders every once in awhile (they are human lol), but they will go out of their way to make up for it and make sure that your satisfied. It’s so awesome to see that this great customer service is still going on.
We started visiting this location since the Hartford location had the fire.Very friendly staff, quick service.Overall a nice restaurant.Will visit again
