I was a little disappointed.I luv cousins but sub wasnt that good as normal. In fact all 3 subs that we ordered were not that good. Bad day i guess.
Always a favorite for a good sub sandwich. Freshly made bread enhances the experience and tastiness of the sandwich.
I ordered online for curbside pickup. I do this at the Paradise location all the time without any problems. I arrived a few minutes before my pickup time, so I wasn't expecting it to be ready. I checked in online and waited...and waited...then I decided to call in. I was immediately placed on hold.After a total wait of 15 minutes past my pickup time and being on hold with nobody speaking to me, I went inside. I waited some more at the counter and I could see my order sitting there. I finally got to speak to the girl and she gave me my order. I got all the way home and realized I didn't have the chips I ordered.I know it's the day before Xmas Eve and they were busy and there were only 3 people working, but I thought it was ridiculous to wait that long. I'm wishing I hadn't left the 10% tip.
Me and my boyfriend went to this location today! We were greeted wonderfully by Nate! Made the experience 10x better! Definitely recommend, thanks Nate!
Ordered online and my order was ready when I got there. Tried their sub in a bowl and will do it again in the future.
My son & I stopped by for a couple of subs to the other day and had an wonderful experience with our order taker Jinnae. She was patient and offer some excellent suggestions. When the subs were ready, she thanked us for coming in and how much Cousins appreciates our business, very professional since their are alot of competitors in that niche. Excellent Subs & Excellent Service!
Please wear a hat or hairnet, Lucas and manager-guy. Don’t run your hand through your hair and then do another task without washing your hands first. Masks are ideal, too (all of you), any time there is exhalation anywhere near the production line. It’s also good to cheerfully acknowledge customers when they walk in, even if you’re up to your eyeballs in orders. It goes a long way in making up for wait times.

This was my first time eating at Cousins subs and I was very happy with the entire experience! The gentleman who checked us out was friendly, funny, and helpful with helping us pick what to order. The food was so fresh and delicious! I'll definitely be back!
Worst Cousins ever! Every time I order from here my delivery order is short a sub. I ordered 2 subs and one never seems to show. Seems kind of odd that keeps happening. Fries are the worst. No salt and always over cooked. Whoever owns this Cousins needs to train their employees to put all the food on the order in the bags- it makes for unhappy customers when you don't!
