Having dinner at 6:00 in the evening. No bartender! The waitress have to do their tables and make the drinks also ? Got a lady walking around with menus and that’s it. Had our dinner and waited 20 minutes for our drinks. I semi understand the lack of people that choose not to work. Just don’t understand a restaurant that does a high volume drink service with no bartender. Sorry to say we won’t be back.
very good. medium margarita was ginormous. flavored margarita was not too sweet. food was freaking delicious
0 ⭐️. Extremely Slow service, someone just dropped some chips and flavorless salsa and walked away. Waited 20 minutes for a drink and no one came to take my order. The second time I came back, my food took a while to arrive. If you know what REAL AL PASTOR tacos taste like, don’t order from here. The Al Pastor taste like nothing really. I don’t respect places that say “Mexican food” and it is nowhere close. I wish I could leave a better review, but my expectations were never met.
Visited the Hartford location May 15th at 4pm. Horrible, Horrible service!!! Brought it to the server's attention and she told us we can pay and leave. So, we did! Will NEVER return.
Myself and my co-workers frequently order from here and receive the wrong food. 4 out of 5 times we have order issues. Day to day discrepancies with "your interpretation" of their online menu vs. what the restaurant says is on the "menu". Instead of meals being fixed, parts of the meal are provided but not all. When the order is right, the food is great. Customer service is lacking.
Went for dinner with my sister turned out horrible. The waitress that seated up stated that there is going to be a party and it was going to get loud. After we were seated we asked to be moved. She stated the high top tables were For reservations only. It was more than loud. We got our food and drinks after a long wait. My food was cold. At this point I had enough. Funny thing is the high top table was never used at all. Never again.
The food was good so it is worth the visit. In our time there, the service was lacking. We sat at the bar for 15min waiting for a drink and the two bartenders paid zero attention. Not even a head nod to acknowledge we were there. People seated after us got served before us.Our waitress at one point stated -as we sat down - that our expected wait for food would be at least 1hr. We waited 15more min to get a drink.The food was excellent, drinks were good as well -when they got to us- they mustve just been caught off guard that eve.
About a week ago my sister and I visited for dinner and the owner of the restaurant kept on asking us how our meal was going and made sure we enjoyed our meal as well as the experience. Would definitely recommend visiting this place again!!
This was the worst Mexican meal I've had in a long time. Chimichangas didn't come with any white sauce . Mt gf's tacos were dry and contained very little chicken. Very disappointing when paying a full meal price on a Tues.
The staff is exceptional!! They are so friendly and go beyond and above to make sure all is good from service to food!! The food here is also fantastic!!
