If there is one restaurant to avoid for service in west bend, this would be it. Let’s be very plain here. The serving times are terrible! Literally only ever taking one order at a time and cooking it and serving it before taking another. 3 cars in the line and it took 20 mins-for real. My wife and I keep trying it, hoping it’s better, but it’s not! Took me a while to write this review, I’m not one for doing it, but seriously, I really hope the management takes note and starts to do something different.
This was the most disgusting sandwich I have ever had. I got the double whopper with cheese the bun was so stale that it crumbled to dust.The meat was so dry you could not swallow.The onion rings were thawed but not cooked.I will never go to Burger King again with so many other choices. I threw it all away. We will see if the raccoons even eat it
Can only handle one order at a time in the drive through. Don't go unless you have at least 20 minutes to wait for your order. Today cashier didn't say a word the entire time, just took my card and handed us food then slammed the window closed. Short staffed, long wait times, orders messed up, food is cold, the list goes on.
I just got handed the sorriest excuse of a whopper in my life. Added cheese and bacon. Got one tiny piece of bacon maybe 2 inches long. One tiny squirt of whopper sauced, literally a single leaf of lettuce that is about the size of a pickle. I'm literally shocked. First time going to burger King in over 2 years. Last time of my life.
Waited 10 minutes in the drive thru then nicely asked how much longer will it be. The lady came on and said lady we are having a lot of big orders and we only have two people here. There was only four cars there.
I've lived in west bend my entire life so far. This Burger King has basically been there the whole time. I've gone to this BK more times than I can count at this point, and I prefer their breakfast over other fast food places.This all being said, I will not go to this Burger King anymore. The manager (at least in the mornings?) is horrible at her job. She's a crabby person that thinks customer service is telling the people who pay her wages (customers) they are wrong about what they ordered, instead of just admitting she's wrong and doing right by us paying customers and the business she works for.She is the reason I drive past this BK and don't think twice about stopping in. I will not support a business that allows rude people like this to work for them, let alone be in some type of management position. Honestly, she should find a new job - she's an embarrassment to fast food workers everywhere.
I’m always cautious about eating here at this location due to poor service with a long wait but I must admit this visit was by far the best. Very polite and everything operated organized. I will continue eating here. Food was fresh and service was amazing. Order was on point! Can’t be any happier. My boyfriend just mentioned that this is the first time in a very long time that our order was perfect. So thank you for tonight service and great food. If I could drive back and tell them how amazing they were I would but I’m starving. Thanks again! You guys are rockstars
Came today got 4 kids cheese burgers 1 italian chicken and as soon as i got to pay they told me to park on the side and they bring it out for me 12 minutes later and still nothing so went inside and they forgot about my order figures so i asked for refund the black manager should have been more on top of stuff and so tge dude taking orders things should go to people in front instead of people in the back that just got here.....will never stop in here again bad customer service they also have no onion rings ghost pepper chicken nuggets mozz stick jalapeno poppers so dont waste yo time coming here
First off when I got there I had a coupon for two Junior Whoppers what fries and two sodas one is they didn't have any regular soda that night all I had was diet and I can't drink diet soda so I feel that I was ripped off it could have given me something instead of the diet sodas and it seems older hamburgers got very small I don't think I'll be going back there
Stopped here to grab lunch with the family quick. Line next door was 20 cars deep, so we decided on BK. 3 Cars in line and it took us longer than the line next door. Guy taking our order seemed annoyed to be talking to us. My wife ordered sauce with each of the kid's meals, and asked for a couple extras when we got to the window. After we were told to pull around to the parking lot to wait for our food, it came out and......no BBQ sauce. Also, no juice for my daughter's meal. Be better, and act like you care!
