Stopped in for a late night meal on my anniversary. The guy who greeted us said it would be a 20 minute wait. There was only a few tables there at the time. I made a comment about the open booths and he huffed about it. Hubby and I were seated and the waitress we had was great! She refilled drinks pretty fast and told us about the BOGO wing special. Food was good, especially the pretzel bites and beer dip. The only disappointing part of the visit was the hosts attitude, it was terrible. When he brought out the pretzel bites he just plopped the tray on the table without a word. Maybe would go back.
The boneless wings tasted like they have been sitting under a heat lamp for a couple hours. Dry and tough with barely any sauce. Also ordered the chilli cheese dip and after the small cup of dip was gone I still had over a half plate of chips left. This is the 3rd strike for this location for me. I love Buffalo Wild Wings typically but this location sucks
i know service at llaces has been struggling but geez. just awful. very slow. table of 5 only got tableware for 4. asked for another got ignored. ran out of drinks no refill given or offered. food was cold when it got brought to us. took 20+ minutes after eating to get a bill to pay. not coming back and doubt the manager that was working would care, he ignore us too
The guy that seated us was rude. He grabbed 2 menus and walked away expecting us to follow and then threw them down at a random table and kept walking. Total rudeness and not professional at all. Everyone else was awesome tho and the food was delicious!!
I used to be a regular here after I got off work, but the past 4 times I have come by they have been closed, very early and within their posted hours. 1) Change your posted hours if you're going to permanently close early. 2) Understand that your food isn't that great, and being open later than 8:00 is part of your value proposition.
Worst BWW experience EVER!! I got BWW pick up tonight, and it was awful! First, the person taking my order was extremely rude. Then I go and pick it up, and the order was less than ideal. I got a 15 piece and 10 piece of boneless wings, and they had almost NO SAUCE on them! Even worse, I didn’t get ANY dipping sauce with them! My cheese curds did not come with their regular dipping sauce either! Then we welcomed the DRY AND CHARRED bacon burger to boot! I feel like every time I go to BWW, I get more and more disappointed. Definitely would NOT recommend picking up from here. (My Order# 10042)
Food is usually good but this time we came as a group and they brought out half the food first then the other half almost 20 minutes later, the first half of the group was already done eating at that point. Mine and my friends burgers were burnt but the fries and mozerella sticks were good, everyone who had wings said they were good.
Almost everyone in are party got sick. One person ordered 20 wings and all of them were mushy. The sever was very nice and took them of the bill. They also were not sitting the dining room so we had to eat by the bar. There were also many groups that waited for tables an never were sat. There were only booths or high tables.
I'm not one to leave reviews, especially negative ones but this place needs work. For starters, I almost fell on the greasy floor on our way to the table. Place was dirty and stunk. We usually don't eat here but decided to just try some wings since it had been a while. They were ok. I ordered celery and carrots (1.50) with my six wings and the carrots were white! Old and celery was limp. They had a chemical taste.Meanwhile, we noticed our server eating her lunch, some kind of handheld tortilla item, in the dining room near the bar. She stopped eating periodically to serve food and drinks and never washed her hands. Wiped them on her jeans and moved on.It was a pretty gross experience to say the least and we won't be returning,
I just want to say thank you so much for being amazing!! We came to the West Bend location and had an absolutely amazing experience. Fantastic service from the entire staff. Food was hot, accurate and our family had such a great time!! Thank you again to this location!!
