My favorite item from arbys is their mint chocolate shake. Hands down my favorite by far. Better than than a knock off of the shamrock shake. Arbys uses real mint ice cream instead of the mint syrup like McDonald's
Customers service as exceptional. We enjoyed patients with a little small chat as we ordered our meal meaning we weren't rushed. Food was ready quickly. The soda machines, napkin/utensil, sauce areas, along with booth/dining areas were spotless and neat.The nice gentleman/ shift manager heard us chatting about going next door to a competitor for a certain chocolate frozen snack... after our meal, he brought us a sample of their dessert, which was better. Hats off to this west bend location.
I ordered a fish sandwich with extra tarter sauce. I did not order without tarter sauce. I work in customer service so I know how it goes. Idk I am about to stop eating out altogether if you can't even read a simple order. This is such a gross sandwich and you don't even put lettuce on it. So over it.
Very limited menu. And the location does not have the best reputation. The drive-through is also a pain because if you don’t like some thing you’re stuck in the drive-through if somebody’s in front of you. I guess it’s just OK
Giving them a star more than I should because I should have looked before leaving. I ordered roast beef and cheddars, no sauce. Do they omit the special sauce? Nope. They omit the cheddar sauce. On roast beef and cheddar sandwiches. SighEdit, adding better picture

Bread dry try making ur own mozzarella cheese sticks always hot.change that grease more often than the the chicken nuggets r great ? otherwise u can smell it in the air out side service is great keep it up young people I know you can do it
