My sister and I were out and about so she decides she's hungry. I'm not really but I love their French Onion Soup and Garlic Bread Sticks. My soup was such a let down? it tasted sour. I tried just the cheese no that's ok. ok just the soup yep that's it. So the waitress took it off and gave me more bread. Cool. Sis said I'm a cheap date. lol. My Sis had the Chic bacon Sandwich with FF. Sandwich was great she said. FF ok. Good portions. Great service and friendly. Stopped in at around 4pm on a Sat. About 10 tables Nice clean. We will be back.
I used to stop in here regularly on my way home after working late. The last 4 times I have stopped by, the doors have been locked, even though it was well within their posted hours (and earlier than the hand-written change on the door). Bluntly, the food here isn't that good, and the only reason I used to go there was because it was the only place in town open after 9:00. If it's going to close early, the West Bend Applebee's is just an over-priced fast food place that sells beer, and they will not get any more of my business.
Not good service, but they were pretty busy. Everything took so long, but it was our first visit to this location so maybe its not a normal thing. For example we asked for one soda to be refilled as the food was set down and it came 10+ minutes after we finished eating. I don't like to leave bad reviews but we were there for almost 2 hours for only two people.
Ordered chicken nuggets, and a four cheese mac n cheese. Food was obviously not fresh. Bread was harder than the gas prices. (4 per gal) chicken nuggets obviously microwaved. My french onion soup cheese wasn't melted, and was thick enough for a choking hazard warning. The four cheese was basically noodles with a tasteless sauce. Will admit the fries were good.if i wanted microwaved food could have made it cheaper, and better at home.

We went to the restaurant at 5:15 on Sunday. No one was at the bar, including the bartender. Waited a good 10 minutes, with busy waitresses going back and forth, before the gentleman running back and forth from being in the kitchen then flying out to deliver a take out order, twice, came to apoligize and take our drink and appetizer order. That done, he went back to doing take out!! Crazy! If you are going to have a $10.00 off coupon for take out, on-line orders, please put an empolyee on that job only!! I hope Jackson H. got paid for doing 2 jobs! Another bar customer left after waiting over 10 minutes! Close the bar area then if On-Line Orders are more important to your business!! Couldn't speak to the manager because she was working in the kitchen! We did enjoy our appetizer though.
Very poor customer service. I would of not even giving this place a star. Very rude to my friend and I. I'll never go to that Applebee's again. First time I didn't tip the waitress. She was rude from the start. Never have I ever felt that belittled.
Clean. Friendly and quick service! Food was good. Have not been here in awhile. So glad we went.
Waiter can right away with menus and gave us a minute to decide drinks. He got our orders and returned shortly for our food order. Very nice young man. After orders arrived he knew exactly where they went and didn't need to ask even though we were a big group. He checked on us 3x's which was perfect.Our food was cooked to perfection this time where there have been times I have been here it has not. Everything went well. It was a slow night though. We were there a Wednesday night from 5-6. I am on WW and had the 6oz sirloin with garlic mashed potatoes and broccoli.
Terrible waitress. Messed up the entire order and wasn't genuine at all. Must hate her own life. As for the food: 2/5. it's Applebees. The manager tried to be nice though. Probably puts up with a lot of bs and can't fire this girl because they're understaffed.
