Was in Sunday around 1230 pm 7/3 ...was pretty busy and 3 girls working were very nice and they were doing a great job..excellent teamwork..food was superb.
Decided to give the new location a shot even though our previous experiences haven't always been that great, especially with the fries. Order was not supposed to be ready until 745. When I went to the restaurant at 7:30 our order was already sitting on the shelf. When we got home and I looked in the bag the fries were soggy even though I requested them be well done. The order of bone in wings was supposed to be lemon pepper and garlic parmesan-they were plain and barely any lemon pepper. The wings have always been so tasty that's why I keep giving them a try but they still cannot get it right right so I think I will discontinue going to this restaurant.
We first ordered here right after the new location was opened...everything was great!! We ordered here again last month, and everything was floating around in grease, and the cashier was beyond rude to everyone...including the workers. We ordered here again tonight, and it will be our last! First, they couldn't find our order. Second, our order was missing items. Third, the wings were hard as a rock, and the French fries were cold. And little miss cashier girl was there again, being her rude little self. Never again!
I’m not one to post bad reviews but this was terrible. I understand everyone is short staffed but there were 10 people In the lobby not being helped and the young idiot behind the counter just looked at everyone walking in…then continued to just look at people walking in. No hello, no it will be a minute, nothing. Ended up walking out.
Honestly it's my own fault for having continued to patronize the store after several awful experiences. I've had several orders missing wings on an order or completely missing someone's portion, if you paid $10 for delivery they will not do anything unless you drive into the store and even then you won't get any delivery fees refunded. This most recent order they didn't place the lid on a bleu cheese container so it completely saturated the bag and covered all of the wing boxes so once removed, dripped bleu cheese over my carpet. On top of this, the wings were incredibly dry and really needed an extra sauce so now I was left with a mess to clean and awful wings. Tried to call in about the issue, started expressing my problem, was put on hold, waited for well over 10 minutes with their obnoxious looping hold advertisements before finally giving up. They weren't going to do anything for me, they never do.The honest truth is you have a 50/50 shot of your order being fine or being completely botched. My ample order sample size makes the frustration of dealing with this store a no-go. I'd rather get wings from Dominos at this point.
Honestly I will not go back here…We placed our order online and waited an hour (which is fine) but then when we went to pick it up they ended up giving it to another customer. Then tried giving us that customers order…while this was happening the guy that had our order came back wanting his..they then tried giving us our order THAT LEFT THEIR STORE!!! That’s disgusting!! Who knows what they did with that food! They didn’t try to make it right what so ever…We just wanted our money back at this point….after still not receiving our refund I called 4 days later and they never submitted our refund!! It’s been almost two weeks now and still no money back. Nothing. Unprofessional and unsanitary…
This is what we ordered for pick up a couple weeks ago. This is also our first time and most likely our last time ordering from this restaurant. When my husband came home, we were missing the five bone in thighs. He then left to drive back to wing stop, as I called. We just assumed it was forgotten to be put in our bag. I spoke to an assistant manager. She told me that I had to bring the whole order back to get my order right. She said they wanted to make it hot and fresh. I told her it was not a problem I can reheat it and we were just missing those five bone in thighs. Instead of completing our order, she insisted on having our whole order back. At that point I called my husband who was there talking to her and he drove all the way back home and picked up the order and took it back to get a refund. I did not receive my refund yet.
Super greasy/oily. Ordered Garlic Parmesan and got oil no garlic or parmesan. The other pic is of the Spicy Korean all dripping of oil - gross. Would not be back.
Our first time going to this location was today. I understand it’s busy, but I didn’t get all of my order. I paid for an extra side of fries that I didn’t get, I ordered a side of ranch for each wing meal I ordered and I didn’t get any ranch at all, and there was hardly any sauce on my wings. They were really dry. I should’ve checked my bag before I left but there was also a staff in the back that was standing there on her phone. She could’ve been checking the to-go bags to make sure they had everything in them instead of staring at her phone. I’ll just keep going to the miller parkway location. They’ve never gotten my order wrong.
Disappointed!!!! Ordered $60 dollars worth of food and the order was all wrong. Flavor was bland, given wrong flavor on chicken, even to no flavor and ordered boneless and was given bone in. Had high hopes. Kitchen needs retraining and if they don't have the correct spices or sauces they should not be open.
