Good grub always has been now with a breakfast menu which is excellent. I found this place in Daytona late 70's. We ate there and there only we were young and we were eating triples twice a day. Heart broken as we finished our last Wendy's and headed home to the midwest. One us attended Madison and up there we found a Wendy's. Triples for everyone.
I love Wendy's ??Aside from the fact that their food tastes good and seems the most...real.The main thing that makes Wendy's better than McDonald's or Burger King, is the taste, quality and value quality seems very consistently, AMAZING for fast food! Also Wendy's menu has a great mix, while not being too big or confusing.Can I get a junior bacon cheeseburger! ?
Never again. Waited in line for almost a half hour when there were only 3 cars in front of us. When we finally got our food, the chili looked like it had been sitting since the morning. Completely dried out. Won't make the mistake of coming here again.
This location used to be fairly good, but now the service is slower, and even worse, they are giving half-filled large fries. When this happened the first couple times, I figured it was either haste or poor training. But now this has happened four times in a row, so I can only assume the employees are being told to only half-fill large fries. This photo is a "large" with about a medium-worth of fries (if that).
Waited in the drive thru for 20 mins before we even placed our order there were only 3 cars in front of us. Then we spent another 10 to get to window to pay and get our food to get home and find out the food is trash and I wouldn't even give it to a stray dog. WE WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION REALLY SHOULD BE 0 STARS.
Ordered through the app at 7pm for curbside pickup. At 7:09 I clicked "I'm here" on the app. After not receiving my order went through the drive-thru. Said I had been waiting for over 20 minutes. I didn't receive my order until 8:15pm after another time through the drive-thru and over a hour after I arrived at the curbside area. By far the worst fast food experience. Service -100 out of 10, no stars, what ever negative rating you can possibly give. Overall terrible experience.
The worst service I have experienced. Long lines in drive through and once I get my food, there was no straw in the bag for my drink. The lobby is locked so I couldn't even go in to get a straw. I call the store and they run a straw out yo me. Then I take a bite out of my sandwich and find I was given the wrong sandwich. Now I have to wait in this stupid line to get my order for the second time. Stay far away from this store!!!!
Will not eat here. The drive thru is a mess. Someone peed in front of me right out the car door. Then the drive thru was not working. No signs. Sit and wait for a few min till someone comes and says u need too come in. Went in and omg the dirtyness of this place did they forget how too clean not only the store front but the entire building while we where in covid lock down. Even if no1 goes in i mean come on. Coming from someone who worked years in fast food. Yicks and the workers. Please tell me someone is going to teach them its not ok to not wash ur hats or uniforms. Its also not cool too be talking on your phone about very private stuff while i wait over 4 min to grab what was my food.... But please dont mind us we just paid. Try and ask for ur money back ya right they said they would its been weeks.. Money still isn't back on the card. Yes i wont eat ur food after I hear about ur personal life and u bossing every other person around ... Nope wasnt the boss either. . . and then you try and say well its already made. And yes i watched u grab ur face and mouth then grab my food no gloves. But hey at least u have a hot date tonight w a baby mama I didnt want to hear about and the food was cold and had plenty of ur saliva on it... P.s.s.s.s s. When will i get that $22 and some change ... back? Still waiting...
I know, I know......everyone is short staffed. I waited 45 minutes in the drive thru on a Sunday and they still forgot a sandwich. The last two times I went here were this same experience. Needless to say I've learned my lesson now.
Stopped by drive thru for lunch and lady working the window was super nice. But when i got home, someone had put a napkin inside my soda, that is gross and horrible. Wendy's in west allis I am done with you !
