Ordered at about 1am and received our food really fast but the kick was that we got the wrong order! They gave me a order and someone else at the same time and when I noticed I didn’t have certain items I called and advised that I was missing the biggest part of the order. I spoke with the manager sallie and she advised I would have to wait a hour for it to be made and be re delivered!!!! I told her it didn’t even take a hour when I originally placed the order!! She told me that they have other customer orders and have to wait for the driver to come back! She had the nerve to catch a attitude on top of that!!!!!! I had kids waiting to eat until 3am! Not sure how she made it to be a manager! No apology no nothing and 1 delivery driver that can’t drop customers off their food the first time!!!! Definitely should’ve kep the $10 tip for the myself and for the time I had to wait for it to be re delivered!
This is my favorite location, Alex always gets my order perfect and makes it extremely fast. Most places quote me 45 minutes or more for a simple pick up but here it’s amazing and in my hands in about 10 minutes!
Ordered a pizza and stix for delivery; completely wrong order and phone number was off the line so couldn’t call for a fix. Food was fine but not for the price of what we were trying to get.

Ordered last Friday the 6th around 7pm. Delivery driver was very nice but food was gross and I spent $30 on a small personal pizza and wings… Wings with the boom boom sauce were absolutely disgusting. Soft, chewy, I gagged and threw them away. Personal pizza was undercooked. I’ve been to other Toppers were my pizza was hot, fresh and crispy. Picked up my pizza i got there and tgey were giving it to somone else girl that was cashier was taking everything as a joke dropped my wings the wings had no sauce pizza was burnt ? trash get these girls out ! They dont wanna work

Ordered my food around 12:40, it's now 2:24 and I still haven't received it. I called and the girl that picked up the phone said there is a delay on the website. My estimated delivery was 1:05 - 1:15. I tried calling twice and it just hangs up right away. Used to order toppers all the time, but as of lately, they haven't been doing that well. Most likely will stop ordering from them.
