So, this is tough. I generally love Taco Bell. But, it has been a LOOOONG time since I was satisfied with the complete experience. Years. And, unfortunately, this one wasn't much better. The service was decent, speedy drive-thru, I got what I ordered, it was just meh??♂️ A lot of it has to do with Taco Bell changing their menu and taking things off that I like for example chili cheese burrito, enchirito, grilled steak stuffed burrito, XXL steak stuffed burrito... And I could probably write a three-page story about all the things that for some reason they got rid of.That being said their food is enough to make me go back once in awhile, HOWEVER, I used to go to Taco Bell everyday at least once and spend $20 to $100 for a handful of people.Now, I spend $20 and I'm barely full and never satisfied because I didn't get what I really wanted because it got pulled from the menu... again ???♂️
Incredible food. They seemed super short staff and high as he'll, but I think those 2 things go hand in hand. The drive thru hostess was very confused (probably because of the weed) but eventually nailed it with our order. The chef was pretty quick given that he had no sous chefs to assist in the taco making.
Went on a Saturday evening and I paid for my food received my food I ask for my change and they said just a minute. After waiting for about 5 minutes I said what’s wrong why can’t you give me my change . The manager kept telling me to be patient, I said I’ve waited for 5 minutes for my change I feel that’s pretty patient. He was very rude and just kept telling me to be patient he didn’t know how much change I should get back. I told him and he still wouldn’t give me my change. I bet I waited for close to 10 minutes. I told him I wouldn’t be back he said he was glad. You really don’t need manager’s like that. I won’t be back there are plenty of other places to go to. I notice the rating of this store is not very high. Need good management!!!
Friendly staff and management, great service, and always delicious food. I am really loving that crispy chicken taco. Yummm but I love all the menu items.
I picked up dinner for the family and each taco was cold to the touch when I got home. I love 5 minutes from the restaurant. Worst fast food experience I have had in years.
With very little notice, Gerri (sp?) and her team pulled together an enormous order for a school event. Our group is so very grateful for your quick turnaround. Thank you thank you!
Waited 40 minutes for a pick up order with 4 items. Realized I was missing an item and tried to call to see if they could meet me at the door so I could avoid waiting another 40 minutes as the line was long again. Got hung up on.Editing to add- the three other items were supposed to be a quesidilla with extra cheese and two quesaritos. Got a quesidilla with barely any cheese and two 5 layer burritos. Wow.
Ordered a mega box plus a Burrito Supreme and cinnamon delights. Was asked if I wanted sauce, requested mild. Everything stuffed in a box, no sauce, no Burrito Supreme , no receipt. Tried calling store, no answer. Young girl at drive up not interested in me or my ordered not to mention not wearing mask properly which I normally wouldn't care but her attitude was terrible. Obviously terrible management.
Been to A-LOT of fast food places, and this Taco Bell by far, Hands Down is the best!! I have so far (knock on wood) NOT had one mixed up order! I will drive the distance to come to This Taco Bell!! **Keep up the good work on the Orders.**Customer Service: Most of the staff is friendly, have had a couple of rude Kids (I say kids, because they are teens). Over all its about the food and accuracy that counts most in my book!
Taco Bell is my favorite fast food place to go. I can't get enough of it. We went through the drive thru and got our food in a decent time. It was made fresh so it took a little longer but was hot and delicious as usual. I have never had a bad experience at Taco Bell.
