I am a big fan of Taco Bell every now and then. And I know if I go to this location I better check my food before I leave. I used to get home with missing items, then I had them count the items, now I check on my own. I guess I get what I pay for. They get it wrong probably a third of the time. But one good thing I can say is that the staff that takes the order is usually pretty cheerfully and friendly
This is literally the worst taco bell i’ve ever been to, and that’s saying something. I placed an online order for pickup at 4:45. When I entered, not a single worker (out of 8-10 employees) greeted us, nor acknowledged any of the customers who had clearly been there for a while and were growing impatient. When I finally got my order, I was missing a few items. When I finally got a female workers attention, instead of coming over to assist, she went on her phone with her gloves on, ignored me, and when she finally came over she didn’t say anything. I told her I was missing drinks and she said nothing, rolled her eyes, and gave me the wrong drink. After that, I watches her start making food with her dirty gloves on. I’ll probably have food poisoning tomorrow if none of the workers can take 30 seconds out of their day to switch their gloves. Frustrated my friend and I left, only to find two workers smoking a blunt, with a third worker telling customers in the drive thru line to leave. When I opened the bag, not only was one of the tacos not wrapped correctly, and spilled in the entire bag, my other items were wrong and/or missing. Don’t waste your time or money coming here, the fact that there’s any reviews above 1 star is unbelievable, they must have gone somewhere else and accidentally left a review for this location.
4/11/22 around 8:25pm. Very nice young man taking orders and passing the food. He couldn't have been more than 16 or 17 years old and he is more polite than anyone I've come across in the fast food industry in my entire life. I hope that young man reads this and sees his efforts do not go unnoticed, and his kindness is something often absent from this world. Keep it up!
I went inside to order because the line was super long. I'm glad I went in it went really quick to my surprise. And honestly speaking to the person at the counter he was taking orders and making the food, I was really happy when I went to eat my food because he did it exactly as I asked. Actually it was one of the best tasting that I've had in a Taco Bell in a long time
Fast food workers want 15$ an hour, while we are forced to order from a kiosk. What a joke. They don't deserve that for pay.We enter an order we should get discount on food and workers should get minimum wage.
Got charged for items that I never received then when I confront them I wanted a recipe two workers refused to give a receipt including a assistant manager and the items I never got. You would think spending 35$ a Taco Bell’s they would make things right be apparently not this place so I will be reporting this place to the Better Business Bureau.
As a former Taco Bell Employee, I can say that the rice was overcooked, the beans weren't completely terrible but a little underdone, still had the pellet texture. Also requested no cheese, 2/4 items came with cheese, and one item wasn't wrapped properly and fell into the floor. Would also like to state that there was no sauce on the Spicy Potato Taco, nor the cheesy bean and rice. No cheese and no dairy are two different requests, and it could have been asked. Not terrible, but on the other hand, to the employees at this store, you could do better, even if the drive thru line was long. Sociability to the customer won't kill you.
Placed an online order, went to pick it up & my drinks were ready but no food, I made the staff aware I was picking up an order & they continued to ONLY make food for the drive through & completely ignored my order, I STOOD at the counter for 20MINS!! & someone finally got someone to prepare my order! My 30 min lunch was wasted watching people ignore me. They tried to make it up to me with 2 coupons for a free taco. :-[
They refused me to enter the building with my service animal. As always I made sure my service dog used the bathroom and cleaned it up before head in to the business. I was meet with one door being locked and a guy in the door way. So I walked around to the other door opened it. The guy then told me the lobby was closed. I said but you let my family in. He said you with them I said yes. When I went to steep in he told me I could not bring my dog in. I told him she was a service animal. I started to explain to him that he can not deny me service and why. But he cut me off and said I could leave my dog outside. So I walked away. He then told my daughter that the last time he allowed a dog in he got in trouble with management. The restaurant was empty other then employees and my sun and daughter. So even by Milwaukee guidelines they can not deny me service. Rest a sure I will not be returning to that location. I will also be doing some more investigation in to local laws.
Outstanding customer service! Every time I’ve gone through the drive-through the service is fast and efficient, even when dealing with large rushes. They always seem to be grateful for your business and not that they are dreading working some hourly job like what many of us experience at other fast food restaurants. Whoever is in charge as well as all those serving us face-to-face, keep up the fantastic work!
