I love the food here. But the workers are rude. I have never been there before. My daughter always goes. But this was my first time there. I couldn't even look at the menu. The first lady with the meat was rude. She just hurried me out of there. I might of wanted to order something different. I never got a chance to look. If you don't like working there or for the public find a different job. I will have to see about a different location. I do like the food there.
I was disgusted immediately upon walking in to this place. There were 3 girls behind the counter, one eating something--just munching away like she was at home, not a care in the world-- and never washed her hands prior to touching anything else. The one taking the order was just plain rude! Not a pleasant "would you like anything else" or "will there be anything else", it was " what else do you want" followed by a heavy sigh and an annoyed look. Clearly, not one person on the staff knows anything about customer service... The floor was extremely sticky. The tables were filthy, covered with food left from previous meals. There were only 2 other customers in the place, so it's not like it was busy...you'd think something could get cleaned instead of the staff standing around and clearly doing nothing! My daughters food was disgusting--rice tasted like it was at least a day old and everything else was questionable. It's quite obvious that something needs to be done with staff, management and quality of product.
had to push a situation with a manager when I wasn't given what I was charged for..... was visibly upset no manager contact even tho they were staring at me the entire time... had to verbally ask for the manager to take care of my concerns... the employee I questioned about the charge argued with me telling me to not tell her how to do her job even though I was able to prove with the manager taking out a scale that I was indeed overchargedThis is why your burritos are getting smaller.... either employees that don't understand proper portion in or owners that are pushing to cut corners for costWill not be back
Rude staff.My husband went in this evening to pick up our order.They treated him rude, and acted as if he was inconveniencing him. We go to the Qdoba by us often, and the staff is wonderful.We asked for queso on our tacos and nachos. There is literally about a tablespoon worth in the entire nacho bowl. It's all beans. The tacos too. Every thing is dry and just...bad.Won't come to this location again.
In short this location sucks. The entire staff needs to be fired and rehired. Terrible customer service. They played music from a portable speaker so loud they couldn’t even hear my order. Staff is not friendly, workers were cussing in the back. Never going back to this qdoba.
The employees have an amazing attitude here! Especially the family that was working when I came in. The good was outstanding. Y'all are great!!! Call me!!!!
This is my second time ordering from this location in the last couple weeks. My first time was through Door Dash. This time I went in person. Both times my order has not been correct or something has been forgotten. Tonight they had signs posted on the menu that the prices have been increased 11%. I’m not sure how you can charge an extra 11% when I didn’t receive my entire order… Very disappointed.
Ordered through Uber but, found a long black hair in my food. Called the store and they told me to contact Uber. Seriously...I did contact them but they didn't make the food! Shouldn't your employees be held accountable for disgusting food service.
restaurant was clean.Food was consistent with what it should be at a well run Q-Doba (which many aren't) -- deliciousness.Service was also very good and friendly.
Used to always like Qdoba but have had nothing but problems the last couple months that I’ve come. Today an older Hispanic lady who I can only assume to be the manager, got an attitude with me and attempted to tell me I was wrong without even paying attention to what I was saying. The girl that made my burrito forgot the steak and I was just taking it as an honest mistake and just wanted it rectified. The manager proceeded to try to say she made it and not the other girl and that I got the steak. Took me picking thru it with a spoon and not finding any steak for her to remake it for me herself with an attitude the entire time. Most of the times I have come recently they are always out of a lot of flavors in their coke freestyle machine and seem to rarely restock it. Also seems that most of their staff doesn’t even want to be there to work at all in which case why don’t they work somewhere else. Just overall atrocious what has happened to this location over the past couple months
