They did not complete my order. Delivery driver did not notify that the food was dropped off so food was outside for who knows how long! Manager said they were replacing the missing items and re-delivering them. 2 hours later and 20 unanswered phone calls later i had to retrieve my missing items. Manager lied and said they were sent out but they were never made to begin with. Horrible location!!!
I made an online order and I wanted the hut flavor on the crust so I called the store and the guy who answered gave me an attitude because I wanted the hut flavor so I told him to cancel my order.
The pizza was exactly as I ordered. It was fresh and ready when I arrived to pick it up!
I ordered a pizza double pepperoni which there was on it extra cheese extra sauce there was not actually there was not extra cheese or extra sauce on the pizza I order from this Pizza Hut in West Allis Wisconsin frequently. Very disappointed.
They forgot half the order and when it was brought back it was not fresh at all. I would like all my money back and we will never eat there again.
Everything was soaking in grease. The breadsticks were soaking wet and the pizza was over cooked. You could tell by the cheese in the stuffed crust coming out of the crust on to the pizza. Very disappointed
Terrible. Wanted to change my order from carry-out to delivery and no answer at the store. Called 8 times and no answer, just a dial tone after like 5 rings. How do you expect people to do things in a timely manner, but you won't answer the store phone? Why do people work jobs they don't want! poor customer service. Took my money but got no pizza in return. I will never order from this store again!

Always good pizza and wings and delivery drivers are more courteous then other deliver places
I will not return to this store ever. My pizza looked like it was sitting in a heat box for hours it was dry and burnt. I made several attempts to call the store throughout the night and no one answered. It was a complete waste of $30 the pizza was inedible.
