We went to Paulie's to watch the Metal Men outdoor concert, we all had a Great time, large crowd, no problems with using the restrooms or getting another drink, good friendly service staff inside and out, definitely will be back, with family and friends. Next time we will try there food entries, they sure looked good, The Metal Men Sounded Great, ? Thanks Paulie's
What we have here is a delicacy for your mouth. Tomken's Famous Friendly Friday Fish Fry. No, its really is fish, not chicken. For $3 I added three panko crusted shrimp. The shrimp are crispy on the outside, but still melt in your mouth. I write a lot of reviews, and Google considers me a top connoisseur who creatively writes reviews to help you decide where you're going to go. When you are given the option of fries or potato pancakes by a famous friendly staff member, get the pancakes. You must try the potato pancakes. Best part of Tomkins is family. It's Mom and Pop it's your neighbors it's your friends it's your loved ones. That is what makes Tompkins one of the best hidden gems of Milwaukee. Bok bok
We went there after the Brew fest at The Wisconsin State Fair Expo Center. They were unavailable to seat us at a table, because a large party reserved them for a birthday party. We were able to find seats at the bar and order food there. The food was good and they had a fair selection of beer on tap and in bottles. I believe they also provide shuttle service to Brewers games and other events in Milwaukee.
Vicki the ? bartender is awesome at her job. Very knowledgeable about liquor and mixed drinks the food service was quick and efficient, she did a fantastic job. She never stopped smiling or joking with the customers. Give that girl a damn good tip before you leave she works hard for all that she does. Food is excellent as well. Everybody's food came out at the same time AND I came in with a large number of people. I'm impressed with how great our service was. Thanks again Vicki
As long as I have lived in west Allis I have never visited this place ??♂️??♂️??♂️. After helping a buddy move we came to Paulie's for dinner. I grabbed the chicken nachos an they were so delicious. It was a bit busy here, however, we did not have to wait to long for our orders. The waitress was very prompt an nice. It was a very pleasant trip.
Outstanding venue for live music and great food! And an incredible stage during the summer outside! Right across from State Ffair Park.
Good beer specials for the game. Unfortunately the microphone work for the SB is poor, music over commercials, music management not operated well. they could use professional DJs if they are trying to optimize the sports game experience.
Went here for the live music last night and decided to grab food and drinks before hand, our server was absolutely amazing and on top of it! However just leaving a review because of the food, myself and everyone I was with thought the fries tasted absolutely bizarre. Never had fries melt in my mouth before? They were so off and strange, almost tasted like instant mash potatoes in fry form? Also the female bartender kept a getting drinks wrong and was pouring/using the drink gun (which may have been off) really light on the alcohol, paying 8$ for just a coke all night really sucked! Asked the server about it nicely and she started making my drinks for me and they tasted a lot better. Atmosphere/the bar was nice, our server was great, but the crowd was really strange on top of it. Probably won’t be back.
Small bar / lounge / diner in the Third Ward. I didn't try the food but the ambiance was fantastic in this quaint & cozy spot.The cold weather dampened Monday night Karaoke, but it was amazingly fun with a small crowd!I didn't see darts nor a billiards table, so it's a perfect spot for a drink / food in a semi-quiet setting. The bartender was friendly, quick at service and made some hellaciously awesome drinks that the patrons seemingly enjoyed.Parking is limited and the city did a horrible job clearing the metered parking spots from white powder, but the entrance to the Pub was perfectly cleared.I'd definitely return!
