Don’t go to this place. Rude, arrogant… bad news
Called twice now. First time they told me driver was on his way, waited 30 more minutes. Called AGAIN told me driver was on his way… still waiting. I’ve now been waiting an hour past the time it was suppose to be here . Terrible customer service and probably a cold pizza coming my wayUpdate: called a 3rd time, they told me AGAIN it was right around the corner… this is a hour and a half of them telling me this. Pizza never came. ??
Do not order from this location unless you want to wait a few days to get your pizza. They use Door dash which is horrible, you will never get your food and if you call they will say the driver has it. Apparently the driver has had our order for over an hour. 0/10 never ordering from Papa John's again, Little Caesars is a better business at this point.
So I placed an order yesterday for contact less delivery and ask that the delivery driver leave the food at front door but he did not he knocked on my door and windows and the he left my food with someone else that lives upstairs a t a different address when all he had to do was leave it at the delivery address front door(my front door) the the delivery driver never brought me my 2 liter of cherry Pepsi. I called the store and ask to have the driver bring me the 2 liter of soda that was paid for but nothing, I waited hours but he never showed. Also my pizza was not cooked fully, the cheese in the crust was still in string cheese formaldehyde i am really disappointed that this is the quality that sent to customers. I deserve a full refund for the headache.
If I could give zero stars I would. They are using door dash to deliver and we only got half our order.(I assume the driver took it). When I called I was told by a manager that they would make me a new pizza and it would be to us in 30-45 mins. (We waited an hour for our first delivery) and after waiting ANOTHER HOUR I called and asked the status of the new order. I was told by a different manager that I was put at the bottom of the order list and it was a 2+ hour wait. And that I should have never been told that it was only 30mins. He was very rude and short with me. I understand places are short staffed but own up to your mistakes. I told him since they still hadn't made our order to refund our order. So annoying that 2 managers can't communicate to their team an order needs to be expedited, or a proper time frame given.

Can't call this pizza. It's unbaked dough with some yellowish white plastic on top. Good job making little Caesars look upscale
I ordered 2 pizzas and it took them almost 2 hours. & I called to ask what was taking so long they told me it would be 20 mins which turned into 35. Smh
I ordered online with the app. My order arrived on time. They completely messed up the pizza ingredients. I called to correct the issue. I was supposed to get a credit for a purchase at a later date. That was fine by me. A hour later someone showed up at my house unannounced with a duplicate order and wanted me to pay full price for it. Its a busy Saturday night, it's coviid era delivery and all of that. I don't know what they were thinking.
If I could give a 0 star I would. Never again will I order from this place again. I'm still disturbed by the stuff that was in the pizza. I literally almost choke eating what seems to be plastic strings inside the cheese. I threw away all three pizza uneaten. Good thing my kids was not hungry and didn't eat these pizza at the time.
