Don’t waste your time. They are out of half their menu items by noon each and every day. If they do have the item you want it will be the left over inedible scraps. Management is nonexistent. It’s a miracle they make enough money to stay in business. How can you pay your bills when you don’t have anything available for customers to purchase?
Not exactly a positive experience. First I tried to call to see what their hours were but I got no answer. but found out that other locations were open til 9 so I went anyway. I had a coupon for a free Entree with the purchase of two entrees. The receipt said something different than what I ordered and the label said that the item that I did order was spicy I wanted a taste of the sauce to see how spicy and the person which I think was a manager gave me a hard time about that but he gave it to me anyway. And by the way it was not spicy . Not good customer service if you ask me you're supposed to work with the customer especially being a manager. And the price it was supposed to be buy two entrees get one free and it was like $13 and change not worth it if you ask me. I won't go back to that location I've had good experiences at other locations
Ordered from the App for the first time. Really good App. Had to wait a couple minutes. The young fella made me one really good 3 entree meal and a 2nd 3 entree meal that was about half sized order. Scraped the bottom rather than waiting for more. I went out to the car and came back in. A different guy approached me and asked if he could help. I showed him the portion. He fixed the meal immediately....over the top. I was not expecting him to treat me so good. I will be back there soon. The food was hot and super good. Big time kudos to the gentleman that help me.
They have nothing in vegetarian menu not even veggies. In current scenario each and every restaurant is keeping vegan/vegetarian option and they had absolutely nothing for entree You have to eat plain rice or noodles. No protein option for vegan/vegetarian. They don't even have stir fried veggies, only boiled broccoli. They need to upgrade the menu now
If I may this has to be one of thee rudest restaurants I've ever been too not only are the staff very rude they justify their rudeness by stating what's policy not company policy but apparently the store manager whose never much around policy. I've attempted to complain to the random survey that they suggest you take but to my luck it got to the manager which he relayed apparently to his workers that "I'm the only customer who asks for the Teriyaki chicken to be cut into smaller pieces and that it's not their policy so they can't do it"(the cashier stated yesterday) this was the statement relayed to me by the cashier which was different from the traditional rude young lady they usually have at the counter who never smiles nor even pretends to like her job. I decided to take to Google because we are customers we are what makes a business run and this restaurant in particular hides behind the lack of english they speak which they think will justify their rudeness AND that the rice is either undercooked or over(moosh). All the way around I'm fed up and I work close to this restaurant and I'm a restaurant manager as well for another employer. You all are rude and very disrespectful to every hard working person that comes in this establishment and I won't tolerate it because never will I ever handle my customers in the manner that you all handle yours. And lastly the young lady who is usual at the counter the manager makes her clean the lobby because I come in on a daily because my boss loves rice ?♀️ so he removed her just to still keep the same rude practices while saying everything isn't policy. HOW CAN YOU TELL ME HOW I PREFER MY FOOD CUT NOT MADE BUT CUT!! P.S. See you all when I come off my vacation and it'll be nice if everyone has a better attitude
Won't be going back. Staff was rude, careless, portion size was exceedingly small and cold. When it now costs more than $10 per person to now eat, it would be nice to get what we pay for. Also, the military discount they've had for years was removed by management. Didn't know that the now less than 1% of Americans that serve were killing Panda's profit margins.
Panda Express has been hit and miss lately. Several times we’ve gone they have been sold out of Ingredients to make popular dishes like orange chicken. One time they told us they could only serve three things from the menu and nothing else!
Basic American chinese food nothing fancy bland but good for the kids taste buds. Only ho if I'm feeding the kids and not looking for anything fancy myself might as well do 3 plus one because individual meals each thats $$$$$ not great if ur eating on a budget which is werid since what 1/3-1/2 the meal is rice or noodles. And if my math is correct people get for rashions and is considered a cheap food .... Hmmmm not enough vegie or meat to even come close too the amount I paid... Thats messed up if u ask me. Yes the rice will fill me up but if I'm paying for this going out option I want the things I can't afford as much like the vegies and meat. Whats the point of eating out if u have the same startch a diffrent way nope I could make it at home or by it someplace else but ur honestly just close unfortuniatly. So that gets u 3 stars or it be 2. But thats only because ur clean and friendly while u take all the money
They are always out of so much everytime we go there. Today was the last straw we had to leave no chicken almond no chicken teriyaki and no egg rolls. I don't think we've had this trouble at any other location it's just been this one here in West Allis. I understand that people are running short on everything these days but this is happened every single time we come here and we have just settled and we just decided today we were not going to settle.
i order delivery all the time since its the cheapest and they absolutely suck. I write notes, try to call to tell them to PLEASE put sweet and sour in and they dont everytime. Rice is always dry. They never answer their phones as well.
