Delicious ice cream that the whole family enjoyed. The place was pretty busy but we had a very short wait, which was appreciated. The ice cream sundaes we had were quite large and enjoyable. Their hot dogs and fries are pretty good too.I really like sitting outside here, weather permitting.
Before the pandemic we went here all the time and loved it.We went today and we were disappointed in the food.We took our food to go, the fries were meh already getting cold. Cheese curds and onion rings were good, still hot.The burgers though, were the biggest disappointment for us. We used to love the burgers here. Even our 15 yr old asked if we can eat somewhere better next time.I don't know if this is a supply thing or a cut the cost thing with the meat. Moving forward, Oscars will be a custard only place for us now.
Had the fish sandwich. Large, crispy on the outside, good fish. Also enjoyed the onion rings. Disappointed that they were out of roasted red pepper soup, never heard of a fast food restaurant with this item, but pretty good creamy chicken and rice soup. Very thick,, not too salty lots of rice and wild rice.
This is a staple of West Allis. I have so many memories of going here as a kid after sporting events. The food and customer service from our lunch visit was just as great as I remember.
The cheeseburger was delicious! Mistake on order seen on receipt was fixed before I got my food. Friendly staff.
Really Good prices and quality food. Only criticism i could give it is that the fries are really bad, so get a different side. Also when ordering a burger pay close attention to what it all includes ingredient wise. I felt each burger option was missing some topping so you have to add on to it. Otherwise really good value

We ordered burgers here. They were refrigerator temperature cold and gray in color similar to an elephant. I still feel nauseous thinking about it. I tried to contact someone to let them know the quality was suffering. There is no way to contact anyone besides calling the location and getting an employee who doesn’t care about anything but their paycheck. We used to be huge fans of this establishment, after our recent experience, we will never eat here again.
Great custard! A good value, and fast service. They have very unique Flavors of the Day which I appreciate. And the interior decor is cool too!
I will NEVER return to the West Allis location after tonight. The customer service at this location has gone completely down the drain. I went there with my two kiddos for some cheese curds, onion rings, and ice cream tonight. The food was delish. No complaints about the food. I went to the counter twice to make my purchases - once for hot food and once for the ice cream. I was not warmly greeted either time. There was stuff all over the counter that was being broken down/cleaned/put away. It was hard to tell where to even approach the counter to look like I wanted to order. Not many of the employees seemed like they enjoyed their jobs. The staff seemed cranky and there was an odd sense of tension while I was at the counter. My almost 10 month old daughter decided that she was in the mood to finish the last couple ounces of her bottle just before close, so I fed her. There were still other people finishing up their food and leaving with their orders a few minutes past 10pm (when they closed). As I was getting ready to leave, about 8 minutes after close, some of the staff members were talking loudly. One employee said to another employee "shh, there's still people here", to which another employee said "why are people still here? It's ten after. Get the f*uck outta here already." I was livid. I quickly finished gathering my things, grabbed my kids, and we left. The one person who was super helpful was an employee who was cleaning up the dining room area at the end of the night. She helped me clean up our area and unlocked and held the door for us on our way out. Perhaps the other staff could stand to learn some things from her about customer service. I will not be back to the West Allis location. We were at the Franklin location a couple weeks prior and had nothing but excellent customer service. I will drive the extra bit to go to Oscar's in Franklin, where I felt welcomed.
