I've never had a bad experience till today. We ordered our fish dinner to go was told 20 min. Actually took 45 min. Brought home fish it was cold and nasty.
It was my first visit. I had the meatball platter. Wasn't bad..I think there was sausage in it. I'm not a sausage person. My fault for not asking. Parking was an issue so be prepared for that.
Food was absolutely delicious! I had the mushroom and swiss with gravy and my friend had the smashburger. The mac n cheese bites and motz sticks were excellent too!
Food was ok. Wings, patty melt and smash burger were good. Taco salads were very bland. And we were told they had no seasoning or sauce to make it enjoyable. Wasn't very busy, but our order for 7 people took an hour to get. One person's food wasn't made. The waitress said it would be 10 minutes. 20 minutes later the Reuben was brought to the table.
Great place first time going and I was impressed food and service was good
This place is always bustling, and there's no doubt why. Fish fry is stellar; beer menu isn't bad; atmosphere is cozy; my only reservation is the upcharge for potato pancakes or other fry substitute. Like, come on: they're a staple.

I didn't want it to come to this, but fear there are others who may not know they've been duplicate charged as well.We had dinner at Natty Oaks 3 weeks ago and I noticed a few days later 3 separate charges on our debit statement. I went to Natty Oaks and they acknowledged this happened to several customers that weekend. When asked how it was getting handled, she suggested I call my credit card company to dispute the charge. I am left to wonder if there are customers who are not aware this has happened to them. I've felt no sense of urgency from them to fix this. I also wonder if they were ever going to fully investigate this. I left my contact information for them last week and still have received no response.I am now trying to sort it out with the bank as Natty Oaks doesn't seem to feel any sense of obligation to help. Check your charges if you were there recently.
