I choice two stars for service issues. Secondly the popularity guess check, goes on for years. I don't care to have my picture taken in public with out permission.Hurts to eat and be eyed and watched to be remembered that hard. And no response to " Aye don't I know you" etc. blah blah blah?Just, there he is!
I came in to order a soda because of the hot weather outside and the inside of the restaurant was very cool for me. I was greeted by the cashier who was very nice and courteous and knew her job well. I used the McDonald's APP that I installed from GOOGLE PLAY that allowed me to receive a free Large Fry just from installing it on my phone. I looked at the digital menu and saw I had an option for a a Quarter Pounder and a 10 piece Mcnugget order for $6.00 w/out tax. My food was fast and came with a smile and I ate it without any complaints. It wasn't crowded at all when I dined in and it was very a pleasant experience for me.
I went there April 27th for my lunch break. Went thru the drive thru and order my food. Once I got back to work to eat. Found out my fries were NOT cooked at all. Looked like they were just sitting in oil for a long time. I do not recommend going to this McDonald's all. Plus when I called Wednesday they did not offer me anything except we can replace ur fries but I couldn't get back there till 9pm which would be pointless cause I wanted them during the meal I got. The person. I talked to said she wrote my name down but when I called today to ask it and see what they could do. They never had my name written down and they told me nothing can be done. I am outraged at this.
I usually LOVE this location. The day staff is always happy and friendly. The older gentleman around the lunch hour is always really nice.driving home after a work night though today was a pretty yucky experience. I was waiting in line waiting for someone to come to the speaker. I then heard a worker at the back door coughing their lungs out.. and spitting what sounded like phlegm. This went on for literally 5 minutes. In that time No one came to the speaker and I started to think the sick employee was the only one there and would be serving me icecream. I drove away without ordering. The person that was behind me drove off too. It sounded REALLY GROSS.If you are sick and throwing up phlem do not go to work and serve foodk ? i dont know if I can stomach going back
My mom took my kids here after school today. My son is 5 and is non verbal autistic. While waiting forever got someone just to take her order my son wanted to play in the play place but realized it was closed. Well he had a breakdown and outburst. and my mom and daughter were trying to calm him down. But everyone and the workers were all laughing at him. I will not go back to this McDonald's again. Rude and non caring.
Just had coffee and cinnamon roll for a quick bite. Roll was delicious. Coffee is good.
I was in a hurry so I grabbed a fish sandwich I remembered them being good back in the day. So I got a bun with way to much tartar sauce and a little square piece of fish. I haven't eaten at McDonald's for at least 15 years and now I remember why
I am so glad their prices have gone up, and I get to order my own meal on a touch screen.Pay more for less service. Good business model if you want to lose customers.
Avoid this restaurant. If you go, there is (at best) a 50% chance that you will be happy. Over the course of several visits over the last 3 months, they have consistently had issues, such as long drive-through wait times, cold food, failures to enter the orders correctly, and failures to provide all of the correct food. This isn’t just a one time problem…this is multiple visits. Oh, and the lobby isn’t open, so if you do have an issue, you have to wait in the drive-through line again, no matter if there’s a dozen cars there.
Just left this place today 12/17/21 at 9:40pm! My fries were cold and they put a little piece of cheese on my fish sandwich and didn’t give me enough tarter sauce! I’m not happy about this and I want a refund!
