Things were ok this time. Was happy with the service and they didn't screw anything up. I have to say that things are looking up at this location. Had a lot of problems here in the past. Orders were never right, something was always messed up with my order. Lately they have been on the ball. No longer taking 20+ minutes to get my food only to find out it was wrong. Have to admit they have stepped up their game at this location. Good to see and really hope it continues!!! Keep up the good work guys!! You may get a five star review out of me yet!!!❤️
My service through the drive thru was really great tonight everyone was so friendly and had great customer service skills so I guess they are getting the memo now and are providing better service.
Went in because of long drive through line. After a few minutes asked others waiting how long they've been there ~they said too long & no one would even respond when they asked if anyone's working the counter, we ended up leaving
I've been to this location many times over the last few years and the drive-thru service has consistently gone worse. They are very slow; they regularly have between four and 10 cars parked waiting for food. Two McChicken sandwiches should not take 10 minutes. They frequently forget items, mostly straws, napkins, etc. They also don't have the best manners at the drive-thru windows. If it wasn't for the convenience of it being on my route, I would probably never come back here.
Super slow. Did a curbside order has to wait over 20 minutes and ask 2 different workers if my order was even coming out.
received the wrong order. Went in to get the correct order and wasn't acknowledged. Once they remade it they put it on a different counter and didn't say anything. Multiple people were standing around. The whole experience was sad, I didn't realize employees could treat customers like this.
Arrived at the drive through at 7:55pm, ordered 3 meals, spent about $24. Pulled up to the window, paid then waited at another window for almost 3 minutes, get our sodas then we are told to pull to a waiting spot as our meal wasn't done yet. Wait for almost 9 more minutes and am offered the wrong order so he goes back in, brings out the correct order, flashes us a smile says to have a good evening. I thanked him and wished him the same..Honestly though, I was semi-annoyed and was expecting the worst but boy, was I wrong! Hot, fresh fries, burgers were hot and nicely put together (sometimes these burgers can be a mess in a box!), my son's spicy chicken sandwich was delicious, too!We will be back, we just will expect to wait a bit next time which we have no problem doing for good food. ?Gave it a 4 star and not 5 because I never got the ketchup I asked for and there were no napkins in either bag.
Worst visit ever at this McDonalds, they just tossed my fries in the bag, they all dumped out in the bottom of the bag and were cold, the quarter pounders with cheese were luke warm, they were sloppily put together with the patties sticking out and the table was stickey and dirty. They did get my order quickly and I was served fast but I was the only one in the place.
Service was slow, they only took one order at a time and filled that order before taking the next order.Drive through was given priority overwhelmingly.
Remodel really looks good. Glad you can dine in now. What happened to the senior coffee? Ask for it and the staff was confused.
