The cashier in the drive thru has the most disgusting, dirty, LONG nails I have ever seen. He has worked there for years and it's always been disgusting. You can even see the dirt under the nail! Front booth was rude, parked me. I politely requested sauce which he quickly responded before my sentence was through, "yeah it will be in the bag. Park in 4" I waited 10 minutes at 12:29 for hot fries and a fish sandwich that was hard and not hot. Couldn't even bite through it. And STILL forgot the sauce packets. Why the he'll is service so poor lately?!

15 minutes for a curbside pickup. I ordered my son a happy meal and a mcchicken. 15 minutes it took to get my order. But, they didn’t bring it out to me because Paula (the manager) didn’t even realize they had the order. I had to go inside and get it, the opposite of what is supposed to happen.

Today for lunch, we decided to go through the drive though. As we had ordered our meal,my friendwho was ordering, felt bad for ordering a "complex" order- which truly wasn't all that complex, it was just ordered using coupons and deals from the McDonald's app and profusely apologized. We hate making things difficult or inconveniencing anyone. The person taking our order, Alexis, was very very rude. She made us feel bad for not knowing what we wanted to order right away, she almost made it seem like we were wasting her time because we were using the app, she spoke to us almost like we were dumb as we had inquired If a seasonal item was still being sold. And just all around, really seemed like she didn't want to speak to us at all. The man at the window collecting money, was great. The kid who brought our food out, went above and beyond.I post reviews via Google often..And I try to always post positives for companies and if there are negatives, I try to post "constructive criticism" I if there's critisim.So the only thing I want to say is, please Alexis, do better. Simply, just kindness. I think the lack of kindness and approachability was discouraging and the only reason I felt compelled to say something. You don't know what people are going through. I've worked in customer service for a Long time. And I get were all human and have bad days, but those bad days and speaking, what feels down to people, is contagious. Have pride in your job. You reflect your company.Make us want to come back because you make people feel valued, not come back simply because youre the closest McDonald's..Otherwise great food, other staff was kind and wonderful.

This location is really spot on. They were friendly, quick and the food was fresh and hot. My order was correct and the drive thru was fast!

i paid for my stuff at the first window next the one asked did i pay.

Not sure why I keep trying to give this location a chance… Their milkshake machine is always consistently broken and their help is always rude. Sometimes cheap food isn’t even actually worth the cheap price anymore! The Wendy’s across the street actually gave me a free meal when he laughed about how terrible the service is at this particular McDonald’sSteer clear and try all the other great west Allis businesses in the area

Giving 5 stars . Food was good, experience was good, but the best part was a woman who was working there, I'm sorry I didn't get her name, I was order 291, made sure I got my food in time to catch my bus. She seriously made sure it got done in time. I can't thank her enough. If a manager reads this, please thank the woman who helped order 291 on 12/17 to catch his bus, she was truly great.

My husband Al and I like to go thru the drive thru because of covid. Plus, you don't have to wait very long to get your food . Reasonably priced.

Put in an order in the app, went to the window to pick it up but was stared at for 5 minutes, so I assumed they were closed. I waited because I wanted my order to be canceled, as I understand things happen, but instead a box was shoved in front of the window while the employees laughed. The window was not opened by anyone informing me that they were closed between the hours of 4 am and 5 am. I figured they were closed once I was being ignored and stared at, but I wanted them to cancel my mobile order. I would’ve been understanding if someone opened the window and told me, but instead I was laughed at and had a box shoved in front of me. I get it’s McDonald’s, but Jesus Christ. Learn how to use your communication skills.

I was hungry after work, I live in Greenfield, nothing was open! Not even the 24 hrs McDonald's near me so anyway I asked Google to show me fast food open near me. This McDonald's was the ONLY place open at 2:30am. I waited in line for about 10mins total from start to finish but the chicken nuggets were so crispy, the fries were fresh fresh with the right amount of salt. Get this!.. the ice cream machine worked too! The cashier was super friendly and in a good mood. I thanked them for being open, the cashier giggled. I throughly enjoyed my food and the service, TOTALLY worth the trip!
