Do not order online! They will charge your card even though they don't have the food for your order. I ordered at 6:45 pm (closes @8 on a Saturday) online. Received confirmation that my order would be ready in 5 min. I rushed there to find out they had no white meat and no mac and cheese. Oh yeah, and the kitchen was closed so that's all they had. How do you shut down your kitchen over an hour before you close? Anyway, I told them to cancel my order; they told me to go to the window. I waited a couple of minutes and a worker thrust a piece of paper with a number on it to call. Called the number, because I wanted to be refunded asap, was put on hold for about 10 minutes, only to be transferred to voicemail. I'll try again tomorrow but AVOID THIS HEADACHE!! Don't do it!
I ordered 2 breasts and a wing through door dash, I ordered that cuz I dint LIKE THIGHS AT ALL... yet I got 2 thighs and a leg....... paid more for what I ordered than what I actually got... extremely incompetent
Everytime I order online, food is missing! I waited almost an hour, and I'm the only person in my family who doesn't get to eat dinner! How hard is it to read an order, make the order, and put it in a bag????
Horrible, service was very bad. Waited like 25 minutes in the drive thru. Person taking orders and at the window were point blank rude. Food was luke warm - I'm never going back. Now I understand why KFC's have been disappearing in Milwaukee
Terrible place. Placed an online order at 5:50 and was told around 6:30 that it was “too much chicken” and that we had to cancel said order AFTER they already took money out.

Rude and disrespectful service. Ordered a pickup odrr thru grubhub and they accepted my oder drove all the way there for them to tell me that they had nothing of what i ordered. The lady proceeded to tell me how it was my fault for choosing to do service with them.
