Honestly I love jets but my last experience is far from awful. I’ve been waiting since Sunday to get refunded for my order! My pizza came WITH NO CHEESE. Nicole was very nice on the phone and said my order would be refunded by her manager well it’s Friday and still no refund. I have called again and the manager ( must be dodging me) has not called. I have sent a form from which corporate told me to send and still no reply. I will never order from here again from the way the manager/ franchise owner keeps dodging me and not wanting to refund the order they made the mistake on. Kinda sucks because this was my favorite pizza. All I want is my refund since pizza came without cheese!
I really hate to be this person. We love Jets but lately the delivery time has been upwards two hours. Not sure what’s going on at the greenfield ave location. We ordered at 7:45 and it’s now two hours later and no pizza. We called twice over the last hour and they said, “it’s on the way”. The pizza is amazing but delivery time, not as much. Would recommend doing pick up.Update: called at 10:30 and they said their driver was out for the night… so our pizza was never actually on the way. A refund should hopefully be on the way.
7.2 overall pizza. Better than dominos. Pizza Hut, papa johns. In the same conversation as Rocky’s. Pricing was good. $32 for a large Detroit pie and small thin crust. Crust on Detroit style was great. Sauce is definitely a little sweet. Red pepper flakes helped out with that. Thin crust my girlfriend loved, but too greasy for me. Fast and police service.
Was doing a door dash order and was unable to pick up due to not having a certain sauce. And then while my husband was on the phone with door dash, i pulled out my phone and attempted to record the employees throwing dough acrss the store like it was a baseball. And one of them was already trying to juggle 3 balls of dough. Then when door dash attempted to call the store to figure out the problem since they cancelled the order, they were in the back talking and pulling some dough apart and shoving it back together by a garbage can! Its disgusting.
Unfortunately, my husband and I had the worst customer service experience we have ever came across this past weekend. We had ordered from our local Jets Pizza, for as long as we can remember, years. We had ordered our normal 8 corner jets pizza, delivery, a week before this incident occurred and our pizza was missing toppings and the order was incorrect. Because of this the manager said that he would put a credit for our pizza on our account. We placed an order for our pizza this past Sunday 3/13/22 for delivery and used our credit. When the pizza was delivered, unfortunately again the order was wrong. We didn't receive the correct toppings and the toppings we did receive weren't placed on the correct halves like we had ordered. I called the store- asked to speak to a manager. The managers name was "Erin" "Aaron" SHE said. I explained how the pizza was wrong and the first thing she says after cutting me off is that this is now the second time im calling in and she doesnt believe me that the order was incorrect and told my husband and I that we were lying, over the phone! I said miss this is only the second time im calling because our order from the previous week was incorrect and now again the order is wrong. She continued to say that I was lying, word for word, said she does not believe me and "tuff sh*t" that there was nothing that would be done. When i had asked for the name of the owner and to speak to him she was continuously laughing with other employees at the store and whispering to them while on the phone with me and then hung up. I couldn't believe that this was a manager I had spoken to. I went to the store, brought the pizza back, untouched, and another employee remade the pizza. He was great. However, I had ordered delivery, so to have to go to the store to prove I'm not lying about pizza toppings and to deal with the worst service already was so very disappointing and discouraging. While waiting for the correct pizza to be made- the same manager was there, laughing, pointing, and giving me looks and weird stares the whole entire time. She was a shorter blonde, younger girl. It's sad to say i had to watch the pizza be prepped and cooked because i thought this "manager" would do something to the pizza. I called the store the following day and spoke to a different male manager who said the owners name was Nate and that he's on vacation in Florida. I am waiting to hear back from the owner. My husband and I have been going to Jets for years. Unfortunately, after this incident we will more than likely never order again from here.
I love jets ! The Detroit pizza is fantastic classic Italian sausage and cheese is my favorite ? I’ve worked at a pizza restaurant for the last 5 years and I’ll forever continue to spend my money at jets !!! Would recommend!!! Never tried Detroit pizza before but it became one of my favorite pizza joints . Oh and the customer service is always 5 star too staff is very friendly and fast ! I always walk in and order and they tell me 20 min every time and it’s always done in about 15 minutes!!! You guys are the best !! Thank you ?
This week food was not cooked throughly through. Pizza & wings pretty good. Depending on the staff that day/hr.
I bought a New York style cheese pizza and it tasted like they pulled a pre-made pizza out of the freezer and then overcooked it. This was my first time ordering from here and the pizza overall tasted terrible. The crust was practically cardboard. They couldn't even locate my order when I gave them my name and phone number that I called from. I had to tell them my order, which was only 1 of 2 sitting in the warmer. They call it New York style, it was not even close. With so many other pizza places to choose from in the area, I will NOT be ordering from here again!
Been coming here for a little while now after my brother bought me a deep dish from here. WOW, them deep dish pizzas HIT THE SPOT! Never had any bad experiences or service at this place. Highly recommend! Like seriously, you have to try it out. This place is VILLALOBOS APPROVED :)
My new fav for puzza this year. Try the butter-flavored crust, baked well-done for a truly delightful experience.
