We went to Wisconsin for a family reunion and had the pleasure of going to Gus’s Deli for breakfast with our family. Not only was the breakfast delicious, Gus was the sweetest person we have ever met. He made our breakfast himself, made sure we had plenty of coffee, checked on us, etc. Our breakfast was so awesome that we went back a second time on our trip. What a great experience, Gus is a delight! Food was delicious! Do yourself a favor and find this great restaurant! It will be worth it!
We had a craving for some good sandwiches and did a google search and discovered Gus's. The reviews were amazing and the food looked delicious so we decided to try it out. The interior was super cute and the staff was attentive and very friendly. Our sandwiches were HUGE and so delicious. I got about 4 meals out of my club sandwich (and the lettuce was still crunchy the next day!) The sweet potato fries were nice and crispy and also reheated very well. We can't wait to come back and try some other items from the menu. Thanks for great experience!
Tried Gus's deli for the 1st time the other day. It's a bit hard to find as it is way in back of a parking lot off of Hawley Road next to the Channel 58 office; think old Sam's Club site if you're familiar with the area. Once there, you'll find it well worth the trip. The restaurant is immaculate, clean, modern, nicely decorated and very comfortable. The grill is visible to customers which is always reassuring, and the staff couldn't be more friendly and accommodating. I met Gus who introduced himself and after a small amount of talk, proceeded to make me a delicious enchilada with rice and beans and then proudly presented it to me asking if there was anything else I would like. Fantastic, caring service.There is plenty of parking, a full bar and an array of food on the menu including deli sandwiches, soups, breakfast items and more. Truly a hidden gem and worth checking out.
Wanted to call in a quick lunch but they weren’t picking up the phone. I didn’t mind much since I heard the food was great and I work pretty close to the place. Drove there, walked up to the bar and a woman began taking my order. Owner interrupts her abruptly and howls, “leave that man” and had her grab the plate of food he had ready for someone else. I walked out and never had a chance to try it. Maybe I caught him on a bad day but he’s a rude guy and I won’t be going back.
The food is delicious and plentiful. The owners are happy, friendly and so talented. Love this place

Wow! Great food, service and prices. Marcia ordered the salad. It was enough food for two meals.I had the chicken gyro. Great flavors.Literally a hidden gem.(It's kind of camouflaged into CBS 58)
This place is amazing for multiple reasons. First off Gus is friendly and hospitable. I got the chorizo burrito and it was huge, he recommended the salsa with it and that kicked it up a notch. Food tasted fresh and good price. Also the decor is amazing you have to experience this place! I will definitely be back!
Great to see Gus and Debbie return. Brought back some great food and service that they are known for. Large portions great prices great atmosphere great people. I highly recommend it.
