This is one of my family's favorite restaurants. They have have two menus: one for more authentic Chinese food and the general Chinese food. The general one has you typical sweet n sour chicken, general tsos, etc... The authentic menu has more delicacoes like roast duck, different veggies, crispy pork intestines, and the family meals. The food isn't too salty like most "Americanized" Chinese restaurants. It's definitely a good place to take a large group of people. And even better if that group takes forever to pick their food and/or are indecisive. Just get the family for two, three, etc... Meals.

I came through the drive-through about 30 minutes ago. There was no one present. When the lady came to the window she asked me what would I like to order. I told her vegetable fried rice and what I would like for it to have in it. Then she walked away and Proceeded to put the muster packs on the shelf. I did not understand what was going on. Then she came back to the window and asked me what number? I said I don't know the number. She closed the doors in my face and went back to putting mustard package on the shelf. How do I know the number when there's no information that indicates the number. Also it's vegetables fried rice I am a vegetarian how is it difficult it that to find. Once she close the windows I came inside of the restaurant.. Her and the front desk guy came from out of the kitchen. I can tell she said I was coming inside because he came over to the front desk apprehensive and with an attitude. I did place my order however the lady was sitting at the table cutting up leaves And another lady came to sit with her they started talking and kept looking back at me. I decided to just walk out. I'd left the order and my money and I would no longer return. I only came because the Pho restaurant up the street close down and I was new to this restaurant I have been here 3 times through the drive-through never any issue from the younger guy. All I can say is if you don't speak English don't put that person at the drive-through window. Her demeanor and tone was all very disrespectful and rude. I had to get my child out of the car to come inside. You try to support your local businesses but local businesses have to Provide a level of service and service and respect goes a long way. It works 2 ways! So I paid for food that I did not get and did not want because of the mistreatment.

The food was very authentic and fast. We ordered less exotic dishes and they tasted fine. The so mein was flavorful but the others were good but not as flavorful. Would.go back and try more exotic dishes.

There was miscommunication over my catering order but Fortune was very generous and remade my order at no additional charge. Food always comes out tasting fresh and not overly seasoned like other places !

I have ordered there before and waited outside for my pick up order for approximately 25 minutes!!! But that’s not why I’m writing this comment. I’m writing this because after I ate my chicken fried rice I became I’ll for 2 days!! Including vomiting and diarrhea. I would never come back. I wonder what they put in my food that made me sooooo sick. ?

The orange chicken is decent when fresh. Customer service is terrible. My server asked me what I wanted to order, retrieved my order and placed the order on the table I was seated at. At no time did she check on my table.I would not recommend dining in at this restaurant. Order the food to go and avoid paying additional fees for terrible and or a lack of customer service.

Delicious, clean, good service

Authentic Cantonese food (order from the Chinese menu)

Fortune has AMAZING food! I would give them 5 stars for how great their food is! However, they have TERRIBLE staff service. On multiple occasions I have submitted an online order to pickup. At the end each of the order submission it notes that the order will be ready in approximately 20 minutes, but I am aware the meals are freshly prepared and will take time hence the reason why I go between 45-60 minutes after my online submission. Whenever I go to pick up my online order, my food is never ready.Furthermore today specifically, they politely ask me to come inside to grab my online order and I politely responded that I am not comfortable with that. The staff member at the window got upset and proceeds to treat me rudely. If he only knew that I am a cancer patient and immunocompromised, he would be kind and understanding on why I do not want to expose myself by going inside. There is a reason why I am specifically picking up rather than dining in. Before requesting that I go inside, they should be more mindful of the people who are simply trying to stay safe especially during an ongoing pandemic.Lastly, I do not mind waiting for their because it’s very worth it, yet it seems like it’s such a problem when I say I am not comfortable going inside the restaurant. It shows me that they are not mindful of others and especially to those who do not have good health.
