This is literally milk…. You can clearly see what I ordered was an iced caramel craze, and that is not what I got. If I wanted milk I would have ordered milk…. This is the 2nd day in a row that either something was missing or wasn’t right. This is ridiculous and whoever made this needs to be retrained. Very disappointed and I love Dunkin way more than Starbucks but I may need to start going there….
I will never go back here ever again. They never get orders right and they serve burnt food. This place is ? disgusting.

Placed an order online over two weeks ago and still waiting for my app to be refunded for the discounted item the have falsely advertised on their website....they make their money by stealing it from you and never refunding for their mistakes....never go here EVER!
The West Allis Dunkin’ is probably the best location for speed, quality, reliability, and friendliness of staff of Dunkin’s in Southeast WI. Glad they have glazed Stick donuts, but wish they had the Cheddar Bagel Twist! Better consistency on adding enough espresso on the macchiato would also be nice. ?
POSITIVES:Coffee was great, the sourdough sandwich was yummy, and the options to customize your sandwich are flexible which I liked a lot as I can be pretty picky! The girl who took our order at the drive thru was super nice too - she even saved us a little $$$.SO-SO:Hashbrowns were really good but all falling apart and was more like eating crumbs of it all. The bagel bites were good too, but I don't think I would get them again as it was overcooked and curdling on the inside as opposed to being a smoother cream cheese filling.NEGATIVES:Girl at the window was not the same as the one who took our order at the beginning - she seemed a little off, tired, and just crabby. On top of this, they got our donut order wrong - I asked for a vanilla iced long john, not filled, and they gave me a glazed and one with sprinkles (which were both dried out and not good, so I gave them to my boyfriend ?).Unsure if I would go back to this location, but it wasn't a bad experience... just not the best. Might try another location in the future to see if there is any difference!
Love going to this Dunking Donuts cause the employees always treat me with love and respect. They always make my coffee the way I like it. ??☕
Their employees attitudes have changed so much . So rude . Especially Alexis and Rose . And their doughnuts NEVER have frosting on them ! The only employee I like is Toni which I believe she is head manager of the store.
They forgot to give hashbrowns on an order, but everything else was good. The snacking bacon is delicious.
Bought a dozen dry donuts that they said was fresh. $10.99 wasted.
