If I could give no stars I would. Had the worst experience tonight. I did curbside pick up and when I brought my pizza home it was completely raw and Doughy and had no sauce on it. I called the store to let them know and they were completely rude to me. They made it seem like it was an inconvenience for them for me to ask if my pizza could be remade even though I’m the one that paid money to have of cooked pizza with sauce on it. Eventually he said he was going to have the pizza remade. So My boyfriend went back and picked it up and they were completely rude to him and disrespectful. I will no longer return to this location. There’s no reason my boyfriend and I should be treated with such disrespect for some thing that we are purchasing
Ordered six pizzas for delivery today. Three were spinach and mushroom. Pictured are what all three looked like. Doesn't look like spinach to me. Half the order is wrong and I'm going on minute 10 of being on hold
They really do go out of their way to please the customer! They seriously drove back within minutes just because they forgot something. Even hooked me up. Everyone was very polite and professional. I also love the tracking knowing when everything is done and when to be prepared to answer the door. GOOD STUFF DOMINOES!!!!
This place is a joke. 30 mins on phone trying to order a pizza and bread knots and female has the gall to tell me she didn't like my attitude. Transferred from one person to the next and in the end they charged and credited me twice. What a hassle. Never again. These people do not get customer service. The female doesn't belong working with the public. Other reviews here are similar.
I’ve been a dominoes loyal customer for a very long time. But today I did an online order that came out horrible. I ordered a medium pizza also ordered the three cheese dip that should’ve came with the Parmesan twist breadsticks. When I took my order home I noticed that one the cheese is burnt and there’s hardly any cheese, and also to make it worse Also I noticed that I was missing the Parmesan twist. I was very upset tried to call the store directly. I was hung up many times also was on hold for more than 20 to 30 minutes at a time. Sorry Domino’s but you are losing a loyal customer.
So I didn't give 5 stars because our pizza came to our hotel room with ALL of the toppings on one side of the pizza. I called the store and the manager was very polite and kind. She listened to my complaint and offered to make it right right away. In less than 30 minutes, I had a hot replacement pizza and was able to go on with my night. Thank you!
We ordered delivery and the wrong order arrived. I tried calling the local store and they transferred me to corporate. Was put on hold then hung up on. About 30-40 minutes later, our entire order arrived! It was a really nice surprise. Thank you!
I order from this dominos frequently. The food is always excellent and the drivers are friendly and courteous! Some have even learned my name which makes me smile!
pizza box was very greasy to the point where it got on my comforter!!! was not even cut properly! pizza was floppy and full of grease! customer service was horrible, had such a gross attitude when i came in!
Ordered for delivery. And I ordered 2, 2 liters but only 20 oz. Sodas came in. I called and they told me I was wrong and yelled at me over the phone. The employee claimed to be a manager but refused to give her name. She was so rude and was impossible to work with. The 2 liter problem never got resolved.
