Been there twice in last couple weeks … first time stood in line 10 min and had girl say “we are closed now” … today walked over only for them to tell me drive through only- with 3 people working!!!
TERRIBLE. Poor service and discriminatory workers. Your employees refused to serve me and my two young children at your open window saying they had two people working and we needed to go through drive-thru. Then proceeded to serve other people at that window minutes later. Only went because our usual custard stand was closed but NEVER AGAIN.
Showed up to get icecream tonight, workers looked at me and hid from us so they didn't have to take orders. She was just talking on her phone.
Went to order a couple cakes..... they said they'd be open. I got there and there was a piece of paper on the window saying we'll be back in 10 minutes. no problem I'll go to a different one ???
When I stopped it looked like only one girl working. We had 4 dessert items in our order. She was taking a long time to make each item. Then I see another girl come from the back on her cell phone. She stayed on her phone for several minutes and then decided she should help with orders as there was then another car behind me. They were pretty courteous, just not very fast service.
I enjoy coming to this Diary Queen, the staff are friendly and always making my MOOLATTE the best! I always get a mocha and enjoy it every time! A lot of people are not aware of the coffee drinks they have but the mocha is the best! I love they are open late!
Slowest drive thru in all of human history. DO NOT waste your time just go to Culver's. You could have 5 orders fulfilled there in the time it would take this Dairy Queen to make one blizzard
Have been here several times only to find no one here in spite of hours posted on their website stating they are open. No posted hours at the store. No answer on the phone or recording stating store hours.
Ordered an ice cream cake for Sunday; told to come at 11am. No one was there!! Called for 45 mins Thankfully my sons are understanding but we had no birthday cake..
Hubby's favorite for strawberry sundae...I like the many different blizzard flavors
