Extremely disappointed AGAIN!! This is the third and LAST time I will be going to this location. All three times I have experienced poor or low quality service and or poor quality food. You would think that Culver’s of all places would know how to make a simple Malt. However at this location that seems like an impossible task. I either get a cold milk like (not sure I can call it a malt) dairy drink, I get a decently thick Malt but the malt powder and Hot fudge (ordered a hot fudge malt) are barley mixed into the malt!!! REALLY!! Being from Wisconsin, and from the Milwaukee area, I have had hundreds of Malts/Shakes in my life, and I can say without exception the West Allis Culver’s is the WORST place I’ve ever gotten a malt from. With that being said I do not know if any of the other food there is good or not. At this point I am unwilling to try it. If they can’t make a Malt how can I trust them to cook beef or chicken properly. I wish I would have been give a spoon so I could at least scoop out the remaining hot fudge. ??
Always the best. One of my favorite lunch and dinner spots. Never been disappointed. Portions are nice and big and sharable. Clean inside. Friendly staff. Amazing frozen custard. Cheese curds are so good. Butter burgers have great flavor. Everything's always been fresh and hot. Can't say enough good things and can't think of any bad.
Culver's is good, this location is terrible. Horrible attitudes and customer service, regularly mess up orders... "We're out of the flavor of the day, only have pints." "What is it?" "A container that holds ice cream." ..... "What's the flavor of the day....?"Are you serious? The management needs to get their * together.
I visited today, Saturday 4-23 during the dinner rush, and I’m guessing like most places, they were short staffed, and everybody else was trying to cover, and it was very busy. It did take about 30 minutes to get my food, however, in that time I watched person after person after person march up to the front and ask to see a manager, and then proceed to yell at any team member within earshot. There were a lot of very angry people, who seemed to think that the very future of the universe was resting on whether they got their ice cream and butter burger within a reasonable time frame. Yes, it was a long wait, but after watching at least half a dozen people treat the team leader (I believe his name was Jose?) with such disrespect, I can’t do anything other than commend every single person who was working tonight. All the team members were friendly, helpful, calm given the circumstances, and everyone just stood there and took it as one person after another yelled at them, swore at them, belittled them, and treated them horribly. You are all absolute rock stars, thank you for what you do. You matter. And my food tasted great! Whoever runs this location should be very thankful that they have a team that is able to keep their cool under unimaginable circumstances with such rude customers.
Just attempted to order 2 burgers, cheese curds, and a shake. Received a double cheeseburger and a shake that was obviously made for someone else then sat for a while before I got it. Culver’s usually does a good job, will not be returning to this location.
I love Culver’s without a doubt. This Culver’s is horrible. Runny ice cream every time. Today was the last attempt after my Banana Split was spilling instantly through the bag when he handed it to me. Straight to the garbage every ice cream I purchased tonight.
I got food from here on Thursday while waiting on my children to get out of school and I got very sick! I had severe stomach pains out of nowhere and I started throwing up chucks of the food I ate from there. I’m almost sure I got food poisoning. Never had an issue before with my food here but after this experience I will not return.
The burger was cold, I asked for lemonade and it tasted like they added water to it. I had to wait till I gotten on the other side of town to warm up my sandwich. And I had to make another stop before I gotten home. ?
Messed up our order. After telling them they messed up again while trying to fix it. We told them the ketchup dispense was empty (multiple times) said they would fix it. After 45 minutes we left with it still empty. And I Saw multiple employees laughing and playing on their phones....how about 1 of you do your job and fix the ketchup!!! My nephew who is 7 said you should all be fired because you need to put your phone down and work. He isn't wrong.
Usually good reviews for Culver’s but this time the spicy crispy chicken was over cooked and the onion rings were cold. Hopefully next visit will be better
