Now I don’t normally leave reviews because, if I have a bad experience somewhere I just leave it alone and move on, but this visit was a waste of my time and money. First and for most, I had to wait in the drive through for seven minutes to even order, the lady helping me had an attitude the whole time she was taking my order, kept interrupting me, and was very unhelpful. I order a PLAIN tuna sub with provolone, a ham and provolone (no onions or tomatoes), TWO fries, and cheese curds WITH ranch. She repeated my order back to me correctly and I figured everything was fine. I pay, pull up to the front cause they needed more time and the woman who gave me my order, was vaping and blew all her vape smoke inside my bag while walking to give it to me, which is disgusting especially with how much bacteria comes out of your mouth. I drive ALL the way home and come to find out I was given ONE fry (even though I paid for two), cheese curds with NO ranch and my PLAIN tuna sub still came with lettuce, tomatoes and onions. I tried to call them to resolve this issue and no one answered so I had to pick through the food and it still doesn’t taste good. This is unacceptable customer service and unsafe food environment especially when employees are even vaping INSIDE the facility. I don’t know what management is doing there, but, as a manager myself, I would not tolerate this.
"I wonder why this place is always empty?"I found out why.After parking and waiting...and waiting...and waiting (I was the only car there), I finally received my food. $12.50 for a six-inch sub (which they amusingly call a "seven inch," like a guy desperately trying to overcompensate), large fries (what fast food places used to serve as "medium" back in the day), and a "regular" drink (what used to be called "small"). The sandwich itself looked like it was slapped together by someone who was either in middle school or had never before made a sandwich in their life. More ingredients were outside the bun than inside. On the plus side: if you are desperate for food and don't care about quality, cost, or waiting time, then welcome home, my friend.
This location has gone downhill drastically in the past year. Today I waited in the drive through for 20 minutes before even getting to window to pay. I was told it was $15-something then given just a sandwich and a soda. I told them I ordered large fries as well. She told me the other lady didn't charge me for the fries. I asked "why the total was over $15 then?" at which point I was told to pull up to the side and they'd drop the fries. I pulled off and checked the receipt and sure enough I was only charged $10.15. Why did she say it was $15 initially then? No idea. After waiting another 10 minutes they finally came out with a regular sized fries. I appreciate them giving me the fries without being charged but they got SO much wrong throughout this and in the end STILL didn't have my order right. I don't usually take time to write reviews but this place gets worse and worse every time I come here and I would strongly suggest going to another location. I won't be back to this one.
Omg, I order 60 bucks Worth of food, it took almost 35mins after the car in first received his food just for 4 subs n 2 shakes n a fry, my fries was so nasty and cooked in old grease or something. Double cheese steak was burned,, Like come on now yall has 1 job to do ... Imma just stick to 68th n state from now on
When you have a drive-thru it seems like the drive-thru should be a little faster. And another thing, if we were told that the mint shakes were not going to fit because they are too big or too small, I can't remember, we would not had it. Ruined our whole day. Two thumbs down
My whole life cousins was our favorite sub place. Now, not so much. Online ordering rarely works, employees don't give an F, and the bread is not at all what it used to be. Jersey mikes has better service/food/online ordering system now imo.
Waited in line for 30 minutes to get 3 cheese steak sandwiches and sides. When we got up their a cashier would not accept the buy 2 get 1 free coupon. She claimed 1 sub would have to be lesser value even though I've used the coupons dozens of times on the same 3 subs in 2021. After that I told the woman that I wanted just one sub. She still wanted to argue the about the coupon even though I was done with it. In the confusion my elderly mother used my points to buy the 3 subs when she wasn't suppose to. I'm angry that cashier took advantage of my mom's fear to cover her own incompetence.Update: Went back to the same Cousins to get refunded for the tap water they charged as bottled water. The employee took the difference off our order and it went a lot smoother. Corporate, however never contacted me back after I sent them a message. Why respond to Google when corporate was going to do nothing? Anyway they might of gotten new workers in and this helped.
This Cousins Subs location is very good place to come to. Friendly staff and helpful. The order was very accurate and fast. Even though that was a to go order the place was very clean in the seating area and the bathroom as well. I highly suggest that you can come here and know that the place is good and relax while eating here.
Overall good flavor sandwich, but I expected the meat to have more flavor, instead it came more from the condiments. I would definitely try again.
Totally unprofessional..They confused my order..Serves people before me.. Every time I come in hereI wait at leastI 45 minutes to 1hr. Oh yeah and they don't like it when you swear
