I was pleasantly surprised. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Service was kind of slow but I think that might be a staffing issue. Even though, everyone had a smile on their face and was willing to make the customer happy. Food was delicious.
The order taker was very nice, the wait for my food was short, the veggies in my salad were a little old!I think their over all quality is slipping a bit!
We ordered party boxes. They were ready when we came to pick them up. The order was perfect all the food was prepared very well.
I work up the street at the hospital, and I’ve been here at least a handful of times. I’m not kidding, every, single, time my food gets messed up . Everytime. Something’s missing, something’s cold, or something small will take 20 minutes to make. I thought maybe it was because of rush hour but it doesn’t matter the time ! I ordered a meatball sub with peppers today and it came with no peppers, cold, with watery meatballs . I feel sick to my stomach. I’m not coming here anymore .
Great service even though I asked a question and never got an answer. Fast and received the correct order. Food was great nice to have a good quick meal the fries were good and went well with the sub.
Very rarely do I comment on fast food restaurants, but I had to let it be known this is a fantastic place. My sandwich was made with love, and the person who made it obviously knows that presentation of food is what makes customers come back. The dining area was very clean and had a better atmosphere than any other cousins I have been to.
This location gives the best service as we face this challenging time. This location, in particular, has been helping my family and me with their catering service, and it has served us well by making great subs and being punctual when we arrive to pick it up. I ordered online had My husband pick up order. It clearly says we ordered 2 ham and cheese no tomatoes. They only gave us 1. Made us drive back to wait again to get our online order right. I understand mistakes but jeepers creepers another 20 mins to fix it you have to be kidding me. We did online so it would be ready
Service was slow soda machine was out of alot of flavors ordered food for dine in and take out my take out sandwich was given to me as dine in had to ask for it to be wrapped had to ask for ketchup for my fries no napkins were given to us nor a bag for my take out order
It's cousins subs, if your a native milwaukeean like myself; and pride myself in that as well, then cousins should be the first sub spot you think of when craving some carbohydrates. I could just eat the bread with a VERY unhealthy size serving of mayo and right a very biased review ?. I'm reaching almost 40 years old and cousins is that place that I frequent to bring up a nostalgic memory of when I was many years younger and was with family members unfortunately no longer with me... It's more then a popular eatery to me, it's almost like a moment of being with my loved was again.
