No one was inside. Girl was sweeping the floor saw us at the register but, refused to greet us or take our order. When she finally finished she said what you want! Nothing but coldness from her. We were super polite. I'm confused by how cold the employees are. I'm a manager at McDonald's. I understand of a customer is rude but we were super polite and just so rude here for no reason
Staff friendly, and gave fast, courteous service. Always happy and in a good mood. Our favorite Cousins is on 108th and Oklahoma St.
If I could leave zero stars I would. The quality of food and service has definitely gone downhill at this location. Horrible!
I love going to this cousin subs. There are always friendly and kind. The food is always hot made the way I like it, they even introduced me I to pepper relish.
If I could give a lower star I would. Today is January 22, 22 time 12:43 pm. I just left cousin subs but not to order. A white lady named Shelly at the register served two white men before I approached the register. She looked at me and then walked away like I have no right to be served she had me standing there for a long time so long the white lady behind me asked if I order yet I said no. Once I stepped away she jumped on the register to take the white lady that was behind me and not once asked if I order or needed help. Just because I had a scarf on my head with sweat pants on and not suited up with heels on don’t mean I don’t have class! Not even that she snatching receipts out of the workers hands demanding where’s the receipts! Very rude lady if you don’t like your job find yourself another career! Am a successful entrepreneur and a engineer. She treated me very poorly and never had common courtesy. Stereotyping is over rated and disgusting!
This is my favorite Cousins location. Every time I go in, everyone is in a good mood and always happy to be working!
Completely fell apart a couple months ago with new staff/management. Service is ridiculously slow. The staff is disorganized and moves at a snails's pace.
Friendly cashier,soup was a bit old,definitely not fresh,appeared old,the chicken noodle soup was discolored & old,sandwich was fresh & tasty.
Seriously what happened to this place. Used to be the best now they have new management. I used to come here on a weekly basis for my business and personal lunch.I call in for a 12 piece party box. They tell me 3 hours or call in day prior. I been getting these party boxes for my business from this location for years. So I know the party box is just 3 subs cut up. So what do I do, I order 3 subs and they tell me 30 minutes. Have we really lost common sense?I called Jimmy John’s across the street and told them the story and they laughed and had my party box in 15 minutes.This used to be the best place on highway 100. Now j can’t say I’ll be going back.
stopped in tonight and was greeted with friendly staff, and great service! food was great and everything was correct (and double-checked) before i took it to-go. very pleased!!
