I go to this location constantly, and have been going for about two years now. I am really disappointed in the staffing because they are always short staffed. They make people feel unwelcome and are extremely rude. On top of that, when the ice cream is handed to you it is dripped all over and causes a mess. I overall think that the staffing needs to be fixed and addressed immediately.
Store was very busy. Employee told me that they couldn't make a shake along with our $25 order already. Saw another customer get the shake they ordered. It was clear she just didn't WANT to. Awful service.So when I asked again, employee walked away from me. WOW.
Great job to the 2 girls working tonight. It was busy and they kept their cool and were great to the customers.

We've been to this store multiple times and the employees are consistently rude. On our last visit, we ordered an "everyone" container to go and when we opened it at home, it was only 3/4 full and the ingredients weren't mixed in evenly. You'd get a bite of just ice cream, then a bite with a huge glob of peanut butter, then a bite with all cookies. I love Cold Stone but really don't ever want to go back to this store.
Long slow line. Unfortunately, as with every place today, not enough staff to handle the amount of customers. Excellent ice cream though.
Absolutely terrible service. Rude workers mumbling under their breath about guests ordering ice cream. AT A ICE CREAMERY. The manager was no where to be found and it was so disappointing. Go to Kopps!
On today's episode of what I ordered vs. what I got. ??♀️ I was highly disappointed in what I received, and the quality of the cake isn't that great. The chocolate Devils food cake that was used is frozen like ice in certain parts of the cake like it was wet, then they froze it. As for the decoration, I thought my cake was a practice cake. Wasn’t acknowledged at all. Unfortunately, I was also door dashing so I was on a timer. I tried repeatedly to get someone’s attention, finally the young girl said sorry we are doing to go orders your order should be up soon. The problem was it was already done and by the time I got the shake to my customer it was melted. So on the account of my customer I am doing this review.
First time having this grandioso ice cream. It is the best I've ever had
