I went through the drive-through just minutes ago Thinking my order wasn't that difficult a cheeseburger and a small fry. The price was a little high $4.85 I was thinking maybe everything's going up. I get home unwrap my unwrap my sandwich and and lo and behold It's not a cheeseburger it is some God-awful nasty tasting hamburger with onion rings and barbecue sauce. Because of The Onion rings I couldn't feed it to my dogs so my garbage disposal got a good treat today.. Once again this location has failed me as I'll do my normal not go there for 4 months and see if they can get it right then and to the staff and management at that store shame on each and every one of you for not being able to get a cheeseburger and an order of fries correct. Those who are wondering why I keep going back it's in my neighborhood I like keeping businesses around my home open I'm open but this one you know it should go the way of the Burger King of highway 100 and Greenfield bye bye
Edit: Upon reading many reviews, we all have experienced this same horrible service. All fellow reviewers, I urge you to submit your complaints. A place like this should not exist. Corporate needs to take action immediately.First off, there needs to be a ZERO star rating system, as a single or even a half of star would be too good for this place.Arriving at this location the lobby was closed and only accessible via drive through. The employee juggled 3 drinks in hand and proceeded to hand it off to me, Yes he should have provided them in a cup holder however he did not nor think to do so until I requested it. Worst, the first drink he handed to me visibly had cola splatter all over one side of the drink, and this was facing the employee. I advised the employee for a new cup, he looked confused and then I directed him towards the visual evidence of the messy cup. Note, of course this was facing him and I can see that he saw this cup was visibly a mess yet he did not take it upon himself to address the issue and pretended to be confused when I brought it up. He took the drink back, closed the window and I guess he proceeded to do as I requested. When I recieved my drinks properly inside the cup holder, the drink that had this issue was still noticibly soiled. I am sure the employee did not change the cup as requested and instead did a half hearted job wiping the splattered cola.Furthermore, I requested one of the cokes to be diet Coke. Upon drinking this beverage I noticed it was clearly a cup of half Cola and half Water! It tasted like water! Note the other cokes did not. What type of Sick joke is this?I can not believe this is the standard that Burger King has submitted to. There is no excuse for the poor, and outrageous customer service. I hope there is some disciplinary action taken immediately. Unfortunately I can not provide you a transaction number if possible because this same employee did not provide me a receipt. I am very frustratingly disappointed, and will no longer order from Burger King.This location, which is usually the only Burger king I visit, has been going down hill through out the years and this is the worst I've seen it. There is a new hire sign outside the building, I suggest you start with Management. How can your employees be this horrible? Everyone deserves to get let go. Do not do this type of work if you will not commit to the appropriate standards of operation or customer service!
This burger King is by far the worst burger King. They never make their food properly its always sloppy. Whoppers always taste off. Fries are always cold. French toast sticks aren't even sticks. They are squished and floppy. Never have anything in stick. Not very clean. I recommend driving to another for the proper service.
This place was horribly delayed... was in line for 20 mins and had a simple order and was screwed up completely staff was polite but very slow and paid more attention to their personal conversations and cell phones... will not ever be returning to this location
Went three times in a two week time frame & each time I went my food was cold or made incorrectly. Today I went & it was literally three workers, so they shut the drive thru down & you had to come into the restaurant to make a purchase. Order my food and they got it wrong, went back in and they gave me a cold sandwich and it was still wrong. Now I'm very certain that I won't go to this Burger King again. To make sure I got the right store, it's the one on 69th & Greenfield in Milwaukee WI.
The fries where cold. Sandwich was good. Chicken sandwich tasty. A dollar for lettuce and tomato crazy. Really
Whoever the young man that was working drive through today just past 11 better be the manager by the next time I come through. He was so polite and outgoing it really made the process of fast food enjoyable. I wish I had his name, light skin and dreadlocks to the shoulder. I hope BK values their employees that stand out and give this man a raise! ?
Poor service manager and workers standing around. Cashier kept touching his private parts no hairnet not sanitizing what's so ever. Cold food nasty.facemask not worn right.free food to friends. Never coming back ever.
I ordered the Italian chicken sandwich. Got home and took a bite and realized they put American cheese on it instead of mozzarella. So I figured I'll eat it and the second bite I noticed they put ketchup on it instead of marinara. This location used to be the best but they went downhill.
Waited in the drive thru at the menu for 10 minutes. No one took my order. This has happened to me a couple times before. I would come here because I work in the area and it's convenient. I get a 30 minute lunch break, if the majority of it is spent waiting for someone to take my order, I'll gladly find somewhere else to go. Burger King isn't the only restaurant in the area and everywhere else has been glad to take my money.
